Water from 3D Touch
I think it could be appreciated if water can be added from 3D Touch on app icon "Add a glass of water". Sorry for my poor English.

Being able to create individual reminders (medication reminders, ...)
Please make it possible to create individual reminders on top of the standard meal and water reminders. This would be very useful for us who take minerals, medication on the side.

Add an Update Button
Man... The Lifesum app does not update quite effectively. Would love an update button to quickly refresh the info I've given to Lifesum from my Apple Watch or the website.

Smaller Widget Size
The border around the widget is very big and IMHO unnecessary. And also the buttons are pretty big.
Maybe you could add more sizes or at least add the option to resize the widget and it make it smaller in general.95 votes -
Fix the calories burned sync with Google Fit.
Fix the sync with Google Fit. Currently Google Fit says I just burned 881kj from a walk. Lifesum says I burned 608. The lifesum desktop app gives yet another figure (505).

Make it possible to add historical weight and measurements
sometimes you forget to log a weeks measurement and weight, and it isn't possible to log the weight the week after but with the correct date!

New category: Supplements
More and more users (mainly people building muscles) contact us and ask for an own category for these items. The suggestion to put these things under kitchen cupboard/others does not satisfy them.

For vegetarian and vegan people it is important to know the amont of iron in the Food. it is quit simple because you need 0,8mg per kg Body weight. So if you make an Option for vegetarian please add iron to your database and please sync with iOS Health, where this item is already in!

Possibility to add a measure to an exisiting food entry
Some food entries have weird/meaningless measures (eg : 1 spoon, 1 normal serving, ...), we should be able to add a meaningful quantity : grammes, 1 tin, ...

Support bone mass, muscle mass, body fat percentage and water content when adding weight values
It is great to see that the interaction of weight values with Apple Health now finally works. I know that it is easy for someone who did not previously provide any feedback to say "it should have worked before"; however, it is great to see it fully implemented and working properly.
My scales, which I have had for some years, track not only weight (mass) but also bone mass, muscle mass, body fat percentage and water content, and I have been trying to find an app that allows me to track these parameters on my iPhone and integrate with Apple…

More or less than 2 fast days per week
I would like to have the possibility to enter more or less than 2 fast days per week to be more flexible. The fast diet does not only know this one variant 5:2. I am fasting for 3 days a week. Later, after achieving my goals, I'd like to reduce to 2 and later to 1 day per week. So this is a bit rigid. Thanks :-)

Calories & Water DEPENDING on WEATHER and TEMPERATURE
hello! I have a suggestion. to make an update, which would correct the everyday amount of calories depending on the weather! for example: when it is hot: you want to eat less, but to drink more. so the application contacts the weather server and reads today's temperature in your country or city. in winter you want to eat more, because it's cold, and the body spends more calories to keep itself warm. what do you think?

Add more options for exercise: heart rate frequency, running speed
Since theres always rooms for improvement, Id like to suggest if its possible to add more options in the Section "Add Exercise". I can see for example that you can choose the minutes of exercises but you cant choose for example the speed of running...treadmill...etc, or better, you can choose them but only for fixed values.
Also for example, since i do a lot of spinning, you can easily choose, then again, the minutes but you only have the option "low impact" and "high impact"
I know for sure that most of the people practicing spinning have the hearth rate…
