I wonder if emailing your stats is very secure. Can someone ask for my stats to be sent to them? Are there any details that identify the person, e.g. name, email address?
Ability to export would be great, then the user can choose if they email it and let Google have the data.

Hi all, I've been wanting this feature for some time. I did some more digging and found that one can email contact@lifesum.com to request an export of data in csv. form.

I think an export function is essential.
It dosen't have to be something fancy but getting data to share is very important -

Yes please add export. This will help me communicate with my health care providers and identify health issues.

Is this still in progress almost 3 years later?

After seeing this thread and how lifesum treats it's users I pulled the plug and changed to Yazio. There you can download a summary for the whole month or super-detailed report per day. You still have to do it per day, but you can do it in the app and they send it to you within minutes.

The first comment from admin was in November 2018 saying this is in the making... Wonder what on earth are they making... Also, sending requests to contact@lifesum.com doesn't work for me. Sent requests multiple times. Got nothing back. I feel cheated...

Can we please finally get this?
i mean how hard can an export be? You have all the data stored anyway.
I need to submit the food I had an the calories + macros to my nutritionist and doing that manually is a pain!If this does not get implemented soon, I will definitely cancel my subscription!

+1 really need this feature so I can submit all food and macros I ate during the day to my trainer. Doing Thousands screenshorts from one day are painful.

Come one Lifesum, a lot of people need this.
To everyone else, as "admin" said you can request a manual export. I assume the format is sh**, but worth a try. I suggest we all request this a lot. Once it becomes cheaper for Lifesum to develop the feature (honestly, how hard can it be to open up an API?) than to deal with all our manual requests, they might reconsider.

All of my health apps have this function. Medisafe,Quardio,AutoSleep and HeartWatch. Unfortunately Lifesum although awesome disappoints by not having this. Please put this on the top of your things to do list.

Exporting to Excel would help a lot. Would make this app perfect. It really lasts more than a year to fix this export?

Please make this happen asap.
In dialog with nutrition expert, I need to know exactly what I'm eating (type of food with all data, not only daily summary). To make this dialog efficient, I need to export to excel (or CSV).
An export to CSV should be a piece of cake to implement.
