Please add a Fodmap diet plan. New to the app, and so far I like it. I have IBS on top of arthritis with meds and am trying keto strict but a fodmap diet would be even better! Thanks!

Yes, please add medical diet plans also. I need to follow LPRD and FODMAP so none of the fad diets listed are suitable to me. I'm trying to make the yearly subscription worth it, and struggling so far.

This would be a great Idea if they put it in the prefrence section. Because getting stuck with IBS puts the biggest dampener on what you can or can't eat. No onions and garlic amirite!

I have Fructose malabsorption so a FODMAP diet plan would make this app a lot more appealing and could be the deciding factor for me paying for a Premium Subscription 😊

Would love Low Fodmap recipes! And if I could filter the recipes (by Low Fodmap + Pescatarian) for example, that would be awesome.
I also second the upgrading of app capabilities for Android users - we pay the same $$$ as Apple users. -

Thanks for this helpful post! I've been on the low FODMAP diet for 2 weeks now since I was diagnosed with IBS. Low FODMAP Apps has been a real lifesaver for me. It feels so much better to eat with the help of these low fodmap apps knowing you'll feel fine after!

Only eating low fodmap due to IBS. It would be a huge relief if you would add a low fodmap diet. Would make everything so much easier and I know a lot of people that have the same problem. They would sign up if you added this diet.

Second that, also option for low cholesterol on low FODMAP as it’s easy to fall into the trap of high cholesterol foods like meat eggs and butter etc on a low FODMAP if you don’t make proper plans for meals

For me, the option to follow a low FODMAP diet plan would greatly improve my experience using the app! Living with IBS and struggling to adhere to the low fodmap diet on my own, the extra help and motivation from the Lifesum app would go a long way to a happy tummy and a healthy lifestyle.
