Add a free trial for premium
Can you please add an option for a free trial for premium? I would like to try premium so it would be great to have a 30 day free trial!
Happy to announce that you as a new user can get a free trial just by reaching out to our support team via this link with a trial request: https://lifesum.com/deep/settings?page=support.
All the best,
Lifesum

At least a 7 day free trial would be great, considering switching to lifesum as it was recommended by a friend, I currently use MFP which is free, but wont buy this until i can have a trial

Is there still no free trial? Trying to decide if I should switch from my current app to Lifesum but I want to try it first!

Give free trail subscription 30 days or minimum features

I am of the generation that we actually like to see, use, test what we are using before actually buying. We rarely buy clothing online as we cannot try on, however, once we do, and you also very importantly you must prove your trust and option to leave anytime without penalty unlike scams of 90s. I would b 1st to try!

A weeks free trial would be enough. If the product is good then the loss of features after the first week would almost guarantee a higher subscription rate and less churn. The fact that there is no free trial makes me wonder if the extra features are indeed worth it, or if the commitment of one disappointing discounted year is what the app makers have settled for.

You should provide a free trial for one month like Amazon or Netflix, so that the user can know the benefits and then decide whether they want to invest or not. If your app is really great, people won't hesitate to buy premium packages.

I won't buy until I try

Agreed! A day. I was dismayed by the ability to get a one month subscription disappearing when I refreshed the screen. Felt like bait and switch.

I really hope Lifesum will add a free trial. I'm really interested in it but I need to try it out first hand to decide. Even if they just gave a 3 day free trial that would be enough 😫

I bought another app just because there were no free ways to evaluate lifesum's premium features.

Really don't want to commit to paying for Premium when I can't see how it works with a trial - as others have said, even a week would be better than nothing.

I'd be happy with a 7 day free trial if that's possible thanks

I'd like the 30 day free trial for premium as well. We could try before we buy. That way we could see if it's worth it for us before committing to it

Exactly! This is what users want!
2018-Aug-03 no sign of free trial... -

Even if it's a 7 day trial, that would be extremely helpful and a month by month basis to pay. People do not want to commit to paying for something they don't get to try and for 3 months at that!

I completely agree... the app wouldn't be useful to me without changing meal plans, but I don't want to pay £45 for a year's membership only to discover it's not what I'm looking for, or, conversely, pay £9 - more than three times as much - for a single month and then realise I want to continue and ended up paying more than I needed to. 30 days would be great, but as someone else mentioned, even a week to evaluate would be helpful.

I think it’s quite odd that you offer 3 month schemes as your lowest subscription fee, time wise, like other users have said if you find out after upgrading that you’re not using the increased features you’d end up pretty regretful of signing up in the first place. Give a month by month option if you’re not going to do a free trial but a week (at least) free trial would be something I personally would like to sign up for.
