Improving the exercise program
You need to change the exercise from time of how long you do an exercise to reps and weight and sets! Because adding weight for 30 minutes of squats will burn more calories than body weight 30 minutes of squats! Also you should be able to add a new exercise that you dont have on the list for more accurate data

Make so That its possible to add running based On either time together with distance Or via minutes/km since I rarely know of anyone ever to track km/h for running :)

Yea definitely fix reps and sets Instead of time for kcal count. Is there Actually anyone doing squats infinite amounts for a set amount of time? Never heard of that to be honest compared to reps and sets.
