Add 4:3 fasting
I would love to have the option of not only doing 6:1 or 5:2 fasting, but 4:3 fasting as I do at the moment. And it would be nice if users could decide whether they want to have a 500 calories limit on their fasting day, or 0 calories like in alternating fasting. Let us choose!

Pleeeaseeee I did this in 2019 and lost 15 lbs. 5:2 isn’t enough.

I'm doing 4:3 for some time and really would like to stick to it, so can you add a 4:3 plan, or let us modify 5:2 plan or so?

It would be great if I could create my own diet plan. For exemple if I wanted to eat healthier during the week (mon-thu) but not during the weekend but still keep an eye on the calories I could create my own 4:3 plan and set the calorie goal for each period to still keep the weekly goal.
