Force-refresh of data shared with Apple Health
I just posted a bug report about Lifesum sometimes not reading workouts from Apple Health. Along the same lines, it would be useful to have a Settings option to do a two-way "forced sync" with Apple Health, in order to ensure that both Lifesum and Apple Health have up to date data.

I have the same problem nowadays! Before it worked fine but now about two times a week there's no actuvity brought from Apple health, even though the activity IS THERE! Thinking to change into other app because of this.

Suuuuuper annoying. Has been happening to me constantly lately. Seemed like it was fairly good for a while but lately it's happening all the time.

THIS SO MUCH! I asked for this a year ago when I last used Lifesum, and coming back to it now I am sad to see that syncing issues persist. There is not a single day in the last two weeks that has synced over all of my calorie entries. To see what I'm talking about, check out my Dietary calories graph in Health: https://twitter.com/opdondertje/status/703154856932958208/photo/1.
I just cannot be bothered manually going to each entry and pressing 'update' at the end of the day to force sync. Please add a force-sync button in the settings menu that syncs the last 7 days of food, drink and workout entries.
