Should be able to chose your own amount on water, the size of the glas/bottle

Please let us choose the amout of water ourselves. I want to record 8 oz. not 8.5! It's annoying and people have been requesting this for almost 10 years!

This is exceptionally important; many water bottles come in many different sizes. This request has been open since 2015 - c'mon guys!

This is so necessary. I drink my water out of 0.75 L bottles, and I can only track 0.5 L at a time, so I'm constantly mentally remembering when I've had one, and then two, so I can go ahead and track 3 of the 0.5 L bottles at a time... This is such a stupid issue to have daily, and I don't think it would be much work to give us the option to create custom water sizes! :p

Changed to Yazio, not least because of this.

And include sparkling water as part of your overall water consumption for the day. When I scan a bottle of sparkling water it is registered as zero calories and water but it doesn't end up on the water consumption for that day.

The general way you handle all liquids in this app is frankly baffling. You even ask to track macros for liquids in Cal/100g, fats/100g etc.
Coming back to this topic, I drink 3.7-4L of water per day as that is the ideal amount for an adult male as per literally all medical websites out there, but your app only let's me track upto 2L. Just Google this simple fact.

The fact that I can’t change this simple thing makes me not even want to use the app anymore. I might as well just switch back to MyFitnessPal at this point.

The fact this has been requested since 2015 with no response makes me want to not upgrade my package or continue service.
Stay on top of trends.. millions of us have Stanleys, Yetis etc with large volumes.

Yes, this is missing. Not every glass is the same size.
Your own comment from August 2015:
"This is a great idea that [...] shouldn't be that hard to solve."

This is a basic option in other dietary apps. It should not be indicating a low or insufficient score for water if your are not going to allow the user to input how much water they had each time. It suggests for example 16fl oz but if I only drink 4 oz then I should be able to impute 4 oz. This is a big defect for the app.

Yes!! This is why I dont really track my water intake, and when I do, its not actual. Are LIFESUM working on this problem??
-

Agreed--I like being able to choose the 'regular', but even if I USUALLY drink an 8oz glass, maybe one day it's a 12oz bottle or a 24oz bottle that I'm carrying with me.

Totally agree! I drink sparkling water all the time and would love to be able to input that easily and quickly. Right now I can only add 8oz at a time.

I totally agree. It’s crazy that we can’t program our own bottle size!

Yes! I drink out of a 34 ounce bottle. I would like to be able to select bottle and record 34 ounces with one tap. Or siri track my water.

Yes!! My cups and glasses are 300,400 and 600 ml. I add up the amount I've drunk in my head all the time, would've been easier if I could just type in 200 ml in my container size and log it with one click. Honestly, if we can have this option for food, why not water? I bet it's not difficult to switch.

It’s absolutely ridiculous that we can’t specify our own glass sizes. My glasses are 350mL.

A suggestion: check out your main competitors, what they are doing? How you can do better?
-

This actual way to log the amount of water is horrible! I usually measure with a botle of 700ml of water. It should allow us to post the amount we want it

I agree with the comments. So Lifesum only corrected for the apple watch? I can't change it on my ipad. When are you going to correct this. $50 bucks for this flaw. Correct this asap.
