  1. Dropdown menue

    Hi Lifesum-Team

    I often eat the same meal i ate the evening for the next day at 12 o'clock. But so i have to saerch it in the list of the already tracked meals. This is normally in the middle of a large list and can not be found very easy. Why is it not possible to make a dropdown with "same as yesterday" and "last tracked meals". So it would be easier to find the meals and its easy to install.

  2. Add Phytonutrients and Antioxidants to food profiles and tracking totals

    Antioxidants and Phytonutrients are just as important as vitamins and minerals in the food that one chooses to improve overall health and quality of life yet they continue to be undervalued by nutritional profiles. Adding this valuable information to Lifesum would give you an edge over the competition and benefit your users/clients immensely.

  3. Possibility to sum calories with +

    I enter food in grams. If I eat 59 grams and add 43 grams it would be helpful to just write +43 instead of calculating 59+43 and enter that value...

  4. Sugar tracker good and bad

    To add sugar tracking on this screen shot. Am following sugar detox diet and would be great to see how you are doing each day.

  5. Hide "CALS LEFT" from top of screen - Keto

    I am on the Ketogenic Strict food plan on Lifesum. As with many keto folks, I don't care about and do not want to see calories, but on the app, calories are center stage. I would like the option to not see calorie counts on the top of the screen (I use Android app but I'm guessing iOS looks the same.) I've uploaded a mockup of what I propose.

  6. More dieting options

    I would like to be able to have a diet plan where I can eat lower calories throughout the week and then higher calories in the weekends. I think this would be a great addition since this happens to be a popular dieting choice already.

    Vorrei l'opzione sul tempo, con grafico interattivo per gestire i digiuni e i pasti per orario personalizzato, gestendo le attività fisiche, un programmazione personale sul tempo e sulla dieta e il corpo, per cui anche gestire il ciclo mestruale e monitorare il corpo e le differenze energetiche e gli orari per organizzarsi, avendo notifiche per dieta e sport e bere e ciclo. Inoltre vorrei maggiori informazioni per comportamenti alimentari, metodi e idee di pensiero positivo e di azione per realizzare la dieta al meglio.   9. Unverträglichkeiten

    Bitte Allergien erweitern. Da ich eine von wenigen bin die eine Roggen Unverträglichkeit haben, kann ich viele Produkte die eigentlich Gesundheitsfördernd sind nicht essen. Genauso bekomme ich einen Ausschlag wenn in Mahlzeiten Schokolade enthalten ist.

  11. Add the option to create more than two meals

    See for example in "yazio"... you can create and save endless meals without buying the Premium version.
    It is much easier to track calories when you can save your often used meals.

    Hello fresh heeft gezonde en gebalanceerde recepten en het is best een karwei om dit steeds in te voeren. Kunnen jullie niet een koppeling maken met hello fresh recepten zodat wij deze makkelijk kunnen invoeren? Of op een andere manier vergemakkelijken om de calorieën en voedingswaarde in te voeren?

    May I give suggestion of adding a pre-planned (Whole Body Detox Plan) even for few days cause sometimes I feel I need to reset my body before starting any other plan. What do you think? Many Thanks

    Vorrei Lifesum come diario alimentare e sportivo e introspettivo: supporto diario monitoraggio delle domande della gratitudine, domande sul monitoraggio degli obiettivi personali e sportivi e dieta e poi anche controllo dell'umore con smile. Insomma un diario per il benessere completo.

  16. Swipe to go back

    As I’m logging meals I want to swipe to go back to my breakfast summary. When I’m in my breakfast summary I want to swipe to go back to my daily summary. This is a native iOS interaction pattern that would save me from tapping the corner back button. Specially helpful with big screen phones and accessibility issues.

  19. Add gastroparesis diet to 'food preferences, and high fibre and high fat to 'allergies'.

    People who have to be on the gastroparesis diet need to have a low fibre, low fat diet which means that they can't have wholemeal/brown carbs, vegan protein sources, and a lot of vegetables and fruit. This diet should be considered as these people should be accessible to people who have different diets, especially if it's not a choice.

  20. Colour coding foods

    I think it would be great to Add colours to your saved favourite foods, it would make scrolling through and finding a specific food faster.
    This was for me the most useful part of the old health rating with the smiley faces, made finding things slightly faster.
