Although not word for word what you suggested, we do have a recents function making it possible to add food you have previously tracked. I will keep this suggestion open however for future development of the function!

I think this is a great idea!

You know how we can already tap and hold to delete a meal/food from a day?

well it would be great if we could tap and hold, then:

    - Instead of a delete option when an item is tapped and held, it shows a tick mark next to the meal or food item in the day view. A lot of android apps already work like this (tap and hold to select)

    - then some edit options could appear in the top right of the nav bar (although, technically the app home screen doesn't have a top navbar)

    - The user can now select as many as meals or foods as they want, tapping each food/meal item while a tick mark appears next to it

    - When you select copy , it brings up the the calendar then the user can select the days they want to copy to ...they can also have an option to cancel the operation or execute the operation by tapping a done button. or even just a 7day week view could pop up and not an entire calendar

I see some value in speed and efficiency with functionality like this
