    There shouldn't be a update button. The app should update by it self.
    I have a withings weight. I have to go into settings. Find the withings weight and then press update. I find this tedious and it should be possible to make it auto update when I weigh myself.

    Wether it is a weight or an Apple watch should make no difference.
