Improve export function
Happy to announce that this request has now become reality! With a new beta function through our website, you are now able to export your food data from the past week completely on your own! Access this feature through this link or by logging in on your account on our website: https://lifesum.com/account/export-data
Here’s the data you will receive for the last 7 days:
Food items
Meal type
Calories
Carbs (including sugars and fibers)
Fat (including saturated and unsaturated)
Protein
Potassium
Sodium
Cholesterol
If you want a full export you are still free to reach out to our support team and request your data.

When will the export function be available?

The synchronisation with Samsung Health is crap and completely unreliable. I think noone is even working on this app any more. Not worth a subscription.

I'm using this app and my personal trainer has asked me to write down my daily food intake so he can advise on my diet. It would be great if he could be able to log into the app and see my data. Perhaps I can choose to share all or sum of my data and control who sees it.
It could be a different section of the app that is free for them. So a seperated PT log in. It would be free as they will be bringing in new customers by telling them to sign up and track their diets in future. Basically they are sales men for this app.

I would not have subscribed if I knew I could not export.

5 years and it still isn’t an option. Man, talk about not caring. Unfortunately my gym requires us to submit data for our accountability challenges. If I cannot export, I can’t use this app anymore.

Just to add to this, this feature is apparently >3 years in the making. I don't quite understand why - surely the data that feed the UI are in a tabulated format already? Strikes me that generating a csv file from this shouldn't take that long!

A simple csv with date, calories and micronutrients would work for me, having them listed by meal would be a nice to have.
