Happy to announce that this request has now become reality! With a new beta function through our website, you are now able to export your food data from the past week completely on your own! Access this feature through this link or by logging in on your account on our website: https://lifesum.com/account/export-data
Here’s the data you will receive for the last 7 days:
Food items
Meal type
Calories
Carbs (including sugars and fibers)
Fat (including saturated and unsaturated)
Protein
Potassium
Sodium
Cholesterol
If you want a full export you are still free to reach out to our support team and request your data.

Is iT possible to export the data to excel
or to a webbased dashboard. Now i can only see the total. If i can see which meals are more wrong than others it would-be helpful -

I saw the example of the export to excel and it looked great. Tough I saw that it was only nutrition and energy data being exported. Can you please also add measurements?

Hi! Could be possible tout send by mail tout myself all my diary ? I mean, to have the option to export un word for instance all my days from the begginen.
I would like to print and be able tout see easely all my progress.could be so much stimulating! And very practical to have the Big picture!

Would be wonderful if you could easy mark days in your Lifesum calender and send it to your PT or dietician. I have another app for it right now and it isn't that great. So it would be great if you could share your meals so a professional could look at it and give feedback.

Export in Excel or pdf of my daily food diary that I cann pass over to my dietician. Otherwise i have to copy everthing. For diabetici is this a good addition. We have registrate so much every day, our blood sugar, insulin, and food, a app that can export food that would be fantastic.
