    I'm not sure how this feedback will fit in to the recommended improvement . I find that telling me that I've gained weight or even lost weight since the last weigh-in is unhelpful and even destructive to the weight-loss process. If a person don;t know what my weight was yesterday and whether today's weight is less or more than yesterday's they should not be using a weight-tracking program! Please get rid of the "Whoa! You've packed on a bit of weight lately" and "Great work! You've lost a trivial amount of weight today that will make very little difference to your life" messages. Just record the weight and move on ... Please?
