    Good morning, my name is Simona and I am Italian. I bought your application a few days ago. I find it very valid. Can I afford to give you some suggestions?
    I wanted to ask you, is it possible to add the automatic calculation and display of net carbohydrates? Then it would be useful that when we exceed the set values the level of calories exceeded and macronutrients exceeded change color (for example it became red) so as to immediately notice that we have exceeded. Finally, it would be interesting to know within a meal, for example lunch, that it…

  2. Sycn Thermomix recipes from Cookidoo to Lifesum

    To sycn Thermomix recipes from Cookidoo to Lifesum and the other way around would be perfect.
    Would be really cool if it would be possible to add Thermomix recipes and could sinc it with its own app Cookidoo. As it has already listed the nutrition information of full dishes and menus and also you can make your week plan and shop list of ingredients. So that you could add the Lifesum suggestions in the Thermomix and the other way round.

  3. Do not make unnecessary changes.

    When I started with Lifesum, the app was very different. Most changes that you made were no improvement. This last one is unnecessary and unpleasant. If you feel that changes of this kind are called for, give users the option of using them or stick with the previous version. The lettertype you now use is very disturbing. As are the coloured bottles etc. If you cannot control the urge to change the program, make it more adaptable to individual users' wishes.

  4. Weight/kcal statistics

    The columns in "statistics" should have toe options of checking the weight loss and calorie intake development in more detail. I would like to be able to click on a column and see specific date and value for that date. Per today it is difficult to look at the development of calorie intake as the columns don't show exact values.

    This is the best nutrition tracking app I have used. I am a certified holistic weight loss coach and would love to recommend the app. Do you have any affiliate options ?

    Mit spørgsmål er: hvor kan man se alle sine Favoritter??

    På den gamle app, stod Favoritter som et punkt for sig, når man trykkede på knappen med det grønne +
    Det gjorde det meget nemmere og hurtigere, når man skulle registrerer sin mad.

  10. Make healthy scale optional

    As someone trying to recover from an ED and gain weight, the “healthy” scale is not very helpful, especially when I’m trying to increase calories! I totally get that it is helpful for some people, but it would be great if we could opt out of this messaging if needed.

  11. Double counts exercise between Galaxy Watch 5 Pro and Phone (Galaxy S21 Ultra)

    Lifesum app is double counting exercises recorded from Watch and Phone between Samsung Health App and "SHealth" Apps. This significantly inflates calories burned and misleads the customer.

  12. passcode lock

    please could you add a feature when you can create your own passcode to lock the app, if you get what i mean? so the only way to see what's inside the app is if you enter the passcode (it could be a face id too - both would be good). because i would like mine to be private. hopefully that makes sense, sorry

  13. Eyes on the goal

    It will be very useful to have a shoping list on the app , to convert the portions for 4 p to 1,2,3 etc in a recipe automatically with grams plus very important to be able to create a recipe by photo and not adding all the food one by one. It will make the app easier and helpful .THANK YOU

  14. Prioritize previously selected foods in search

    When I search for a food (eg. rice cakes), the first options should be for previous selections I’ve made. I don’t want to have to scan the barcode for the same rice cakes every time I have them.

    If I were eating them at the same time everyday (eg lunch), I could just grab it from there. But I often eat foods at different times and the app doesn’t make that easy to log.

  16. Add significant figures for time in exercises

    Ability to add 1 or 2 significant figures to a time for exercises i.e., be able to input 1.75 minutes for plank, or 1.5 minutes for squats.

  17. Select Which Macros to Track

    Is there anyway you can turn off tracking certain macros? For example, I am not wanting to track my carbs or fats, only my protein. Can there be a function to do this?

  18. Need to be able to change daily sodium goals

    Some heath issues cause people to need more sodium than others and getting negative ratings on food/meals because of higher sodium can be greatly discouraging.

  19. When including exercise calories in calorie goal, show this on stats instead of showing that you've eaten over your calorie goal.

    I've been in a 300+ deficit under allowed calories every day if including exercise (if I didn't eat more on the days I'm really active I would suffer from a health stand point), but on those active days it shows that I missed my calorie goal in stats. I hate this because I want a place to see if I've been consistent or not in coming in or under my goal calories.

  20. Add sum of food consumed- in gramms

    Add the possibility to see total sum of grams that were consumed during the meal. For example, for the breakfast I had a salad 100 grams (50 kkal), potatos 50 gr (50 kkal) and meat 50 gr (50 kkal). As for now- I see only that I took 150 kkal. My proposition is to ensure the possibility to add information- that I ate 200 grams of food
