I would like a diabetic diet plan. Need to count carbs but not the same as a Keto diet.
Would like to be able to count carbs for a diabetic diet. Including the Movesum counter helps a lot.

Create your own mealplan
I would be crazy helpful if it was possible to create your own mealplan in the app. To get the grocerie-list and everything, but where you could choose meals from within all your different plans, and get the recipes.

Add 4:3 fasting
I would love to have the option of not only doing 6:1 or 5:2 fasting, but 4:3 fasting as I do at the moment. And it would be nice if users could decide whether they want to have a 500 calories limit on their fasting day, or 0 calories like in alternating fasting. Let us choose!

Change the number of servings in the recipes
All recipes are written for 4 servings, I would like to be able to set the number of servings freely and then get an adapted list of ingredients displayed.

Please stop using cups as measuring units
I don’t understand how many grams are in a cup? In my app settings I have chosen metric units, but still see those freaking cups in recipes. I want to know everything in grams, not in cups.

Combining diets would be nice. For example say the Keto diet and the 5:2 diet

A button "what should I eat now?"
Based on macronutrients, on the time of the day and in your past entries, Lifesum can suggest options for which meal you can want to eat, but in a health way.

Weekly calorie tracking
Instead of daily it would be awesome to se your weekly intake so you can correct if you over/under ate one Day.
Example it could say weekly avarage calories per Day for the week and compare to daily goal and last week avarage.31 votes -
Customizable Meal Plans And Macros
Just got premium a couple months ago. I anticipated I would be able to make my own meal plan, with my own macronutrient needs and such. However I’m stuck with the plan the app came with, which as someone who is around 10% body fat I can’t be eating 100 grams of fat a day like the plan suggests. Basically I want less help with my diet and rather just simply have it to track my calories and macros of my own choosing.

More meal times
It would be nice to be able to have more meal times than just breakfast, lunch, dinner, and one snack. For example, there could be a separate morning snack or evening snack or even a pre-workout snack.

Customizable number of meals per day
Should be able to have more than 3 meals per day. The normal count of meals are 4 or more, when dieting you are supposed to eat often, but not much at each meal.
Should be able to give a count for the number of meals you prefer per day. As default the number of calories should be distributed for the number of meals (more for dinner than breakfast), but you should also be able to enter your preferred number of calories pr meal. Maybe even also the total number of calories pr. day.21 votes -

Possibility to combine fasting and diet
Currently you have to option to either do fasting or a diet option. I would love to suggest the idea to combine it.
Even if I do intermittent fasting I might do a ketogenic diet. One does not exclude the other.
I love the app so far and have been using it for years, maybe this feature will help someone else like me as well :)15 votes -
Blood sugar control for diabetes and PCOS!!!
Please make a diet specially designed for blood sugar control(to keep your blood sugar stable, and eventually helpes hormonal balance for women with PCOS).
Would include:
•score for the meal
•mood tracker
•sleep tracker
•Period tracker/craving
•not focused on calorie counting, but instead on glycemic load/glycemic index!
•hormones
•for "breakfast, lunch...." would be amazing if we could enter the time of the meals as well next to the "breakfast, lunch..." titles!This would be a dream come true!

ADF Alternate Day Fasting
Rolling schedule for ADF - fasting every other day. The fasting days are different week by week but roll on - ie. Day 1 eat 500 calories or less, Day 2 eat normally, repeat.

Expand Shopping list time window
I like to do the shopping for a whole week or for five days. But the shopping list only shows for the next three days. I don't want to go to shop twice a week during pandemic. Do you have an option to adjust the days?

LPRD
LPRD is a medical diet required for those suffering from silent reflux. Medical diets are even more important than the fad diets of the day. Please consider LPRD, FODMAP and similar diets to make the premium subscription worth it to a larger group of people.
