Vegan
Please could you provide meal/diet plans that are 100% vegetarian or vegan, as none of your current meal/diet plans are usable by vegetarians as they all contain meat or fish. Please note that this is not the same request as being able to filter the recipes by vegetarian choices or setting your profile as vegetarian but rather a request for a new meal/diet plan option under the 'plans' tab for those who follow a vegetarian or vegan lifestyle.

Hummus and veggie platter: Make homemade hummus by mixing chickpeas, tahini (if using), garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil. Serve with sliced veggies like carrots, cucumbers, and bell peppers. These will be great

This is so broad that I imagine it’s very hard for the Lifesum team to quantify a single ‘vegan’ plan. Nearly every plan they have can be vegan to an extent and having a single vegan plan is not plausible. Instead I’d love to see a vegan version of the clean eating and Mediterranean plans with other vegan plans introduced in the future such as raw vegan etc.

I agree. There are also no plans for vegans. I want to do the Mediterranean diet vegan style.

I´m new to the app and so far I really like it, it´s way easier to use and nice to look at than many others I´ve used.
I was goig to post a request and found this one which really sums what I wanted to say!
I Love that the app gives me a score for each meal, and also each day, love the water tracking, love the recipe section, but I have just signed for the premium plan because it promised other diet plan options and I was absolutely sure I was going to find a hclf diet! Instead, I got the same plans as before signing…
I´m transitioning to a vegan diet, and I´m convinced the app market is lacking when it comes to vegan, vegetarian and hclf diet apps.
These diets are as “in” right now as the keto and the paleo diets, which all need or would work better with some sort of tracking.
It would be amazing to find these diet plans here, because it would keep the app from wanting me to have more protein, for instance. Vegans have different goals! ;)
It would be nice for the app to suggest ideal protein/carbs/fat intakes for these different plans, a meal score based on those suggestions, and even a B12 tracking considering not only the food , but also complements taken! Just some ideas!
There is a growing vegan/vegetarian community who I think would really like and benefit from an app like that!
