Carb cycling plan for workout/non-workout days
I just discovered this app and am BLOWN AWAY by it. I really love that it features non-weight loss plans, and it's so much more positive and holistic than anything I've seen. For those of us who are looking to lose body fat while gaining muscle, some kind of carb cycling plan would be really useful (higher carb/lower fat days on workout days, higher fat/lower carb days for days we aren't working out). I realize that a plan might be difficult to work out the details on, but perhaps an ability to customize a plan would be great--I'd be thrilled if we could build a week's plan with different types of nutritional blueprints on different days.

t's weird even today in 2021 not to have this 'Carb Cycling' diet plan in the app.
This diet strategy is fully recommended for those who play sports such as bodybuilding. -

Yes!!! And it would be great if you could implement a carb cycling calculator to calculate a macro plan for the week adjusted to your weight, weight goals and activity level.
