Edit recommended calories per meal, add meal times etc
My feedback ; nice app so far, but I DE have a couple ideas for improvement.
-make it possible to edit recommended meal calories. For example my recommended breakfast is around 450-600 calories while I prefer a small breakfast and more small meals during the day.
-add times you want to eat a meal
-more vegan recipes
I like the life score feature and the reminders for meals etc.

It is crazy how it hasn’t been done yet. Being able to edit the recommended calories per meal is a major feature to make the app more suitable and useful for everyone.

Being able to edit calories per meal would be great! Especially since the only intermittent fasting option you have is 5:2 or 6:1. When I break my fast my first meal is higher in calories. Love the visual optics of the smiley faces but when I go over my calorie count it changes the whole feedback. Adjusting meal calories would be an awesome update!!!

I always eat a big breakfast and a good lunch but a small dinner since I go to bed just afterwards.
Just as we can choose the proportion of fat/carb/protein, there should be an option to choose the repartition between breakfast, lunch and dinner.

I write because I wanted to know if it was possible, by the next updates, enter the app improvements.
- The possibility to distribute the snacks throughout the day and do not count them in a single day
- The possibility of including meal times and workouts so
to deploy more effectively the calorie intake. the app automatically loads of calories throughout the day without considering (a metabolic level) meals pre and post workout, those more important says putting calories.
- The ability to be calculated in a more efficient calories. such as raw and cooked pasta have completely different caloric intake or detect the specific weight of macronutrients (ex. 100 grams of raw chicken are about 22 grams of protein, cooked become about 11 gr) that the app is not considered, as well as all cooked food and the way of cooking.
I hope these will be helpful tips to make this app, you already love it and recommend it to my clients, really the top!
