Upload photos of your meals aswell like a photo diary in the corresponding category e.g breakfast, snack.
I feel like the foods available to track aren’t always accurate to what you’re eating and having a visual component to look at aswell helps get more accuracy with the portions and contents of the meal. It can also help identify if they need more greens or colours on their plates. I think I will motivate people by having that visual component it can feel more rewarding than words when looking back at your eating. I’m hoping it will help people with eating disorders too by being able to feel a sense of achievement when looking at the fear foods they’ve faced and maybe help with the mindset by letting them visually see their progress. I think with weight loss it is great because it helps frame the positive mindset of “I am eating better, I’ve only had 1 photo of takeaway or 3 photos of biscuits across the whole week.” I feel like it is more rewarding when you see your progress and achievements visually aswell rather than just words.
