Diet psychology
noom does this thing where it works out why you are unhealthy based on past habits. Like you eat because you are bored or someone in the family is a food pusher ect. Noom is too expensive so i use lifesum but some of my diet issues are caused by my brain, you need to change the way you think about food as well as learn healthy habbits

The Pacer app is similar to Noom but a fraction of the cost. It has daily lessons, recommended recipes and guided workouts. It also asks how you are feeling/what you are thinking, how hungry you were before and after a meal, why did you start eating, what you were doing whilst eating and provides feedback eg. if you were watching TV whilst eating it suggests being distracted whilst eating can lead to overeating.
