Meal times and fasting
I would like to track the exact time that I eat as timing of meals is a critical component of weight loss. Ideally, I’d like to also track when I choose to fast, so an additional enhancement like Intermittent Fast tracking would be appreciated.

Стандартные стаканчики это 0,2, а не 0,25. Удобнее всего вообще вводить воду мл произвольно, как еду.

Handlelapp
Savner en knapp for å legge til alle ingrediensene for uken i en slags handlelapp, så jeg bare kan plukke med meg på butikken det jeg skal ha i måltidene raskt og enkelt. Eller har dere allerede en sånn funksjon?

Filter Menus according to your meal centric macro goals
If I already have total calories and macro targets per meal, why can't I just filter out menus that meet these targets? You must have all that data.
Example:
I'm planning a lunch with 500kcal
and it should have: 73g Proteins | 64g Carbs | 20g FatNow Lifesum should just suggest recipes that fit these targets. That would really make life easy.

Kalorien bei 5:2 selbst ändern
Bitte gebt uns die Möglichkeit ein, die Kalorien beim Fastenplan 5:2 selbst zu wählen. Zumindest an den 5 Tagen sollte man die Kalorien ändern können.

Add it to where you can get food recipes without a certain ingredients.
It would be nice that when I’m looking for a recipe that I can look for recipes without avacodo.
I do not like them and as soon as I hit recipes it‘s like those are the first to pop up.
It would be nice if I could search recipes but without certain things.

Foods contributing to macro count
It would be really helpful to be able to see which foods contribute most to the macro budgets. For example, if I click on the carbs, I would like to see the top 5 foods that contribute to my daily carb budget etc.

Utöka receptförslagsbyten till hela receptkatalogen
När jag följer en veckoplaneringsmeny vill jag som användare kunna byta ut till egenkomponerad måltid eller annan måltid från hela receptkatalogen. Det är väldigt begränsat att endast välja ur ett så smalt sortiment. Vet att jag kan söka och lägga till men då får jag det inte i min veckoplanering inför handling mm.

Adjust Home Screen
For all us that for example practice intermittent fasting and don’t eat breakfast, it is very annoying not to be able to delete “Breakfast”. The Home Screen should be easily adjustable.

I want to see my BMI
Just at the same place as the weight is shown, show the bmi. Body mass index.
It is easy to count on your own..
but I have diferent bmis as part goals. It encurrage me to loose more weight. Like now im satisfied with bmi 29, wich means im not fat anymore, just overweight. Would be happy to see it everytime i put in or check my weight :)(For those who dont know it is weigth/(length*length) weight in kg and length in meters. 18 to 25 normal 25 to 30 is overweight 30 to35 id obese over 35 is…

More choice around burnt calories
Now you can in the settings chose if you want your burnt calories to be count in what you are allowed to eat or not.
The problem is that the sience has canged. Nowdays the number is about the half of your way of counting (dont find the formula anywhere, but if i check my kilometers walked and count backwards)
So either change the forula to something more modern.
Or
Make it 3 choices: dont count, count the half, count all.The last Could be usefull anyhow.
Some perhaps want the ability to eat the half and loose extra weight…1 vote -
Have a start-stop button for fasting instead of fixed times
A lot of time people don't eat exactly at the same time, so the starting time differs each day. I think it would be a lot easier if it works the same way as the "zero" fasting app.
Where you choose what type of fasting you want to do and the moment you start fasting, you just hit the start button (and there is still an edit button to change the starting time if you forgot the click the starting button) and that it then start the countdown till you can eat again.

Add option Allergic to "Hülsenfrüchte"
I am allergic to Beans, Lentils, Peas, Peanuts and Chickpeas. Unfortunatelly nearly every healthy meal plan has one of these ingredients in it so for me is it very difficult to follow any plan because i always have to change and improvise ingredients. it would be great when this option could be added.

Data analysis of health
The daily meals should support different lifestyle e.g. take fasting 8/16 info account, so you will be able to only eat 1-2 meals + snacks without the feedback from data analytics results in an unbalance meal, but take into account the amount of calories you need to/can eat in a given day.

Fasting functionality
The functionality for fasting should ad value to analytics of your health and be more than a reminder - which seem to be an unnecessary user assignment. The function should be integrated better to the daily meals and health analytics for the current day.

Weekly newsletter feedback from LifeSum about statistics on e-mail should add value to your overall health status. The present listing of the last weeks quantitative statistics is too simple and add very limited value, without any analysis.
