    4 x 1 or a "resize x 1" widget has to be enough. It's way to big... I think Food/Water intake would be enough as well since workouts are tracked in other apps and synced over anyway (normally). Also, it would be nice to have some information in the background like carbs/prot/fats consumed visualized with bars and colors (as a background option). but the most important thing is to get rid of this huuuge (use trump voice) widget that is way to big even for phablets.
