    Update April 8, 2021:

The below described method do a kind of integration but the Strava data (like distance, calories, heart rate data) from Strava does not overwrite the data in Google Fit. So a partially GPS registered hike in Google Fit overrule the complete GPS registered hike in Strava, and consequently too low distance and too low burn rate in kcal are imported into Lifesum. Consequently i will remove this integration again and manually register my training in Lifesum again.

Please let me know if anybody else has a better solution.

    ----

The below was how it was supposed to be done: Connect through Google Fit and let that app syncronize Strava and Lifesum.

    First:
    1. Make sure your Lifesum account is up and running.
    2. Create a Google Fit account if you do not already have it.
    3. Log into Strava, desktop version (not app)

    In Lifesum app:
    4. Select Account
    5. Press the Settings-symbol
    6. Select Import and Export Health Data, Automatic Logging
    7. Select Connect on Google Fit (right on page)
    8. Select your Google account
    9. Press Approve
    10. Press Syncronize to test the integration you just made

In Strava, from PC version (if available in app I have not tried):
    11. Press the Account symbol (your picture?) in upper right corner
    12. Select Settings, My Apps, Connect with Google (select your Google account)
