Agreed. I have my weight goal as “maintain weight”, my meal plan (which I never use) as food for strength and have custom set my nutritional goals.
That’s because I’m lean bulking and essentially reducing body fat but building muscle whilst staying approximately around my current weight.
It would be much better if I could instead have a body fat and/or muscle mass goal. Apple Health, Withings etc etc can easily provide these values to Lifesum automatically.
