  1. Option to remove macro and calories from the home screen

I could't find an option to hide the calories and macros from the Home Screen.

I'm doing a diet with a registered dietitian and love to use lifesum to record food, but I wanted to hide the macros and calories as is already accounted by a registered health professional, and seeing them on the menu is getting annoying, because the app is saying my diet is "wrong" when in fact is not, and is being done with professional guidance.

  3. Add weight to the meal

Please write how much one of your portion is in grams, so if you’re a person that don’t eat much you can find the correct number of calories. :)

  4. IBS meal plan

Do an Ibs-m/-a meal plan. Most IBS meal plans are either for ibs-c or ibs-d and my life is just about food now just for the reason that everything hurts when eating.

  5. Make it available to adjust the ingredients and gram in dishes

Make it possible to change or delete some ingredients. This would make it easier to adjust if you can’t get an ingredient, or if you want to add more grams of something.. this would help us make the dish for several people as well.

  6. Low Budget + Meal Prep

Apply versions of a recipe. The basic version is the cheapest with the most crucial ingredients and the next version includes nice to haves with a reasoning why it can be added (flavour, good combination, effect on the body,…) and the add ons are sorted by price so when a diet is created, it is automatically low budget but every time you get the option to upgrade and create the perfect version for the occasion.

In combination, the meal planner should be adjusted for meal prepping if desired. Instead of a big shopping list for the week, you can shop…

  7. More dieting options

I would like to be able to have a diet plan where I can eat lower calories throughout the week and then higher calories in the weekends. I think this would be a great addition since this happens to be a popular dieting choice already.

  8. Smart Shopping for less food waste

One recipe needs tortilla wraps, if I buy one pack they has at least 5, what should I do with the remaining 4 ?

My suggestion is to propose meals using leftovers from other meals, I.e. the shopping list is shared between meals so when one meal is added to the shopping list, other meals that use the same ingredients should be suggested to avoid food waste and storing halves of cucumbers and lemon every time I try it cook one meal

  9. Add diabetic friendly dietary options

Hi! I am using Lifesum to track my eating habits and lose weight. However there are no dietary preferences for diabetics. I follow the high protein meal plan. Which always tells me my balance is off as I eat too little carbs according to Lifesum. Is there any way that a feature gets added to the app where you can specify low sugar, but not go keto. I can eat carbs in the form of fiber, and don’t want to go in ketosis. I think a lot of diabetics would benefit from this dietary preference!

  12. Additional dietary preference options

It would be nice to have dietary preference options for types of meat. Although vegetarian and pescetarian are helpful, I eat chicken, seafood, and sometimes pork. I at least want to have the option to exclude beef from my preferences.

  15. Diet for kidney stones

Hi, I would like to request a new diet plan for users who have kidney stone formation, specifically hypercalcemia stone formation. Is this something you can consider in the future or customize with a workaround in the short term? Thank you for your time!

  17. When adding a meal to your favorites, there should be a free-text box

When adding a meal to your favorites, there should be a free-text box so you can write your own additions to it. Right now you can only add the ingredients but when adding a full meal it’s kinda like a recipe with only the ingredients but without instructions. Please add a free-text box!

  18. Custom nutrition settings

Ability to click on macros and put in a custom amount. I have a dietician give a specific macro count and I can only get close by using the + or - arrows provided, but never exactly there. I'd like to click on the number and enter in a specific amount instead of having to use the arrows.
