read water intake from apple health
I use hydrate spark smart water bottles that automatically log my water intake to Apple health. Your app forces manual enter which then double logs the data… https://hidratespark.com

Hard to Dismiss the portion quantity keypad
The iOS keypad used to have a done button to easily dismiss it once I had edited a portion quantity. Without it it’s not obvious that you have to tap outside the keypad to dismiss it. I would like to see the done button return or have the keypad dismiss when you scroll the page to tap ‘update’.

Please let me edit/delete my own meals/recipes
I am using the app on my iphone and I cannot delete or edit my meals/recipes that i created. I read through this forum and tried everything but nothing works. The closest I got is if I click the pencil to edit a recipe/meal, if i open each individual ingredient I can SEE a garbage can at the top right corner, but touching the garbage can does nothing. Please fix! I want to edit own recipes.

Restore decimal for servings entry on iOS
The most recent update took away the decimal point from servings entry, which is the most convenient way of dialing in a lot of my food portions. Please restore the decimal point!

Add fraction or re-add decimal point for ingredient measures.
In the most recent update, the decimal point in the iOS number pad is no longer visible. For example, I can no longer add 0.5 cups of a food item, I can only add cups in whole number increments or attempt to convert to smaller quantities (8 tablespoons, etc.). In the case where tablespoons or an easy conversion is not available, I just can’t track my food.

Bring back previous way of selecting amount of food.
With The latest release you changed the way how the user enters the amount of food. Now jiggling between opened modal keyboard and Add button is terrible

German Version more Spacing
If you take for instance the word "Kolenhydrate" it is very long and the box/container is way to small. In relation to UX/UI design this is really bad although the new design looks amazing

Adding/editing food on iOS
I see that when adding new food subcategories are not translated. I run iOS in Ukrainian, app is in English but subcategories are most likely in some Scandinavian language. When I pick up edition of existing food I cannot switch from 'serving' to 'per 100 gram' mode. Event changing serving to grams and setting 100 does not help thus in practice editing simply does not work.

Bring back the old UI (iOS)
With the old design, I could see with one glance if or how many kcal I'm over. Now the circle/ring doesn't go over the filled kcal ring (you know what I mean?); it just says the amount I'm over, but at first glance, it looks exactly like the kcal I have left.
Additionally, the water tracker/glasses look horrible. I liked the old design a million times more.

Old Layout Was Better
Please revert back to the old layout and font. This new layout and colour scheme is visually awful and difficult to read.

Add airdrop sharing for iOS users
I share almost ever meal with my husband who is also using an iPhone. There is no option to airdrop him the meal I enter. Sending him a text is somewhat cumbersome, could airdrop be enabled in a future release?

Bug: The meals keep shuffling around when entering the diary screen
The meals keep reshuffling for about a second every time the diary screen is opened / appearing. After this second they are always in the correct order.
It's quite irritating and annoying as this is one second where I need to pause my interaction with the app.10 votes -
Revamp food item picker screens to make it easier to pick previously used items
Adding food items to a meal is the main task in the app and most people eat often items which they had consumed before. Considering this, the meal picker screens should receive more attention.
It's very time consuming to find and pick items which were used previously. I often need to jump back to another date, look for the exact product name which I used and then search for it again when adding it to another meal.
I suggest to:
* Share the history of used items across all meals. It's frustrating that I can't pick e.g. the cheese which…3 votes -
Record a cheat day when you don't track calories
Sometimes I record only breakfast and by midday I've already started going off-plan and overeating and I can't be bothered to log the rest. Right now lifesum thinks I've underwater that day and it messes up all stats. I want to mark this day as a cheat day so it doesn't skew my stats.

Add to the calendar ability to mark cheat-days
Add to the calendar ability to mark cheat-days not only with red number instead green, so we can see the difference between slightly excess of calories and real cheat-days.

Sync total calories burned from Activity and adjust accordingly
Sync total calories burn from Activity app on iOS, not just the active and adjust accordingly with goals. If the user set a calorie deficit, for example 500kcal per day, the goal will adjust through out the day with calories intake. Right now the user have to sum the personal passive calories with the burned ones, or go to Activity to see Total and then do a calculation with the calories intake.
