  1. Have the option to choose salt OR sodium when imputing foods

    Only having the option to input sodium often seems to results in messed up entries with salt and sodium confused.

    This means you either have to re-enter the whole item or attempt to change the sodium info which often seems to fail.

  2. Nursing moms

    I'm nursing my baby for at least 6 months to a year and would love to have this app mom friendly too. The calories are great for a non nursing mom but your body needs more when trying to produce milk and maintain itself as well. I would love it is was compatible with all of the plans as well including the Keto plan!

  3. Excess sugar or fat - want top offenders

    I see in daily report and other stats that I ate excess fat and added sugar (say). I want to be to drill down and quickly identify top offenders in decreasing order. It’s difficult to go to every food and find out. MyFitnessPal has this btw

  4. Step tracker

    I would like to add my daily steps manuelly, because I‘m using the step counter from TomTom and this is no partner app. Is this possible to add the steps on my own? Kind regards Melanie

  5. Being able to change meal options

    To be able to add an extra snack option ex: morning snack, afternoon snack or evening snack would be nice to see:)

  6. Unlock carb amount for keto plans

    It would be great to be able to choose a keto plan (low carb) but have the option to unlock the carb amount to a percentage instead of a fixed e.g. 50g. Using a standard plan instead does not give you appropriate food grading (A,B,C etc) for low carb, high fat.

  7. Plan ahead suggested recipes

    "I'll be able to plan ahead and know what I'll be eating throughout the day or even throughout the next couple of weeks. I can look on at my meals for the next day and cook them the night before."

  9. New/Different Intermittent Fasting Plan

    Instead of fasting on just 2 days out of a given week, create a plan that focuses on eating all your food within just several hours of the day, within a calorie limit of course.
    This type of intermittent fasting has shown promising results for a lot of people, and is used widely.

  12. "Check" the day

    Hi,
    My idea is to create a "check" or "end" button for each day. Like you are finished for the day og press check to have a summery of how the day went, the balance between food and exercise. I think this also would help against the crawings that sneeks up as the evening comes, how bad would it feel to "open" up the day again just for a little snack. It would also give a closer update when its given day by day.

  13. Bad daily valuation (sad face) because net carbs mode

    Ok you guys added net carbs mode for keto but the damn sad faces still showing discouraging me on the daily valuation. Please fix the sad faces.

  15. Better analysis tools

    It would be great with better analysis tools to compare nutrients over time. For example, average daily carbohydrate intake over week, month etc. Or average saturated and unsaturated fat.

    The app is great, but without more analysis tools it kind of loses its purpose over time and I wonder why you log all this data if I cannot analyze it properly.

  16. Pay once for some features

    Some people like me without monthly income due to being still at school/university struggling at making ends meet cannot afford to pay 3€ or even 2,50€ every month knowing that it still doesn't belong for me forever. I would rather pay once a sum to unlock some of the gold features because i certainly don't need all of them features but i would love to use one app for tracking so i really need to have the possibility to save more recipes but i personally don't care about macros!

  17. Water details

    It would be really cool if you could see your water history. I have a problem of finishing a bottle of water and then 10 minutes later picking up my phone and not remembering if i tracked it already. Obviously the easiest solution to this is to just make a habit of tracking it as soon as I finish. Seeing water history would allow users to see when they tracked.

  18. “I have an urge for food” button

    A button or widget on Android screen or ios “site for widgets”.
    The button should say: “i have an urge for food/candy” or what food it might be. And when pressed Lifesum will open up and show motivation for not go to McD or eat the rest of the chips for the Day before and so on!

  19. Serving Sizes

    Please include how big a servine size is. I see how many servings a recipe makes, but don’t see how much of that portion is for a single serving

  20. Kcal and macros also on a weekly base (not only daily)

    Often diets are bases on kcal and macros planned on a week base. So if I go over a day then next day I can stay a little bit less to compensate. It would be useful if the app can calculate this automatically adapting the kcal suggested to have every day based on how your diet went during the week. For instance if you have a 2500kcal every day and first 3 day you stayed 200 kcal over (and so you ate 600kcal more) than the app could suggest you to stay 150kcal (600kcal / 4 remaining days) under the…
