  3. Adjust the counted carbs for Erythritol

    Even though erythritol doesn't have a chance to "metabolize" -- turn into energy in your body, the carbs are being counted. This means that we end up with more net carbs being counted than our bodies are actually getting.

    Nutrition facts
    Erythritol (1 serving) contains 4g total carbs, 0g net carbs, 0g fat, 0g protein, and 2 calories.

  4. Sauna

    As sauna burns calories and improves cardiovascular health it would be great to be able to add it as an exercise option. Thanks

  5. Is there a way for the app to log fitbit steps and not just the exercises? That would be most helpful.

    Have tye fitbit steps count in the lifesum app. That would be very helpful keeping up with the accuracy of calories burned.

  6. Protein display, in addition to kcal

    Being on a medical low-protein diet, I need to keep my intake on a very low level. It would be helpful when planning meals to be able to customize data on food and see more than just kcal in the meal total and on food items when searching or going into a meal. Currently I have to click into each suggestion or item to see how much protein (or other selected kind) it would add to the whole meal.

  7. Improve categories in Create Food section

    Improve the categories listed in Create Food to be able to upload a meal that is NOT a ready meal.
    Or, reconfigure the create recipe function to make it easier to actually add in custom recipes and portion sizes.

  10. Dynamic updates of calories per meal

    Update recommended calories for meals based on calories consumed. Ie if my calorie intake is 1400 per day and I consumed 600 calories at breakfast- dynamically update calories for remaining meals to help encourage calorie deficit for weight loss.

  14. Show maintenance calories and deficit OR option for customizable diet break

    Not only show calorie intake for weight loss but also maintenance calories and deficit. Or even better: include an option for customizable diet break where you can eat at maintenance.

    If it only shows how many calories I can eat, I don't understand what my maintenance would be and what my calorie deficit is.

  17. Show what your projected weight goal and life score will be if you keep up the good work

    Display projected goals to help motivate us to stay on track with healthy habits ie “if everyday was like today.. you’d weigh Xkg in 6 weeks time!” Etc

  18. Disable jumping to "today" when leaving the app

    The iOS app jumps to today when leaving the app. Sounds like a good idea, but is a pain when using it. At least make a button for jumping back to today (like in the iOS calendar app).

    In case you don't see the problems, let me list a few I experienced:

    1. You add a meal for yesterday and have to google an ingredient? App jumps to today and therefore adds it to today’s calories.

    2. You are in any other day and tap the taskbar at the bottom of the screen, like accidentally while typing? The app registers the slightest…

  19. Adding meals in advance and then checking them after eating

    I think it would be really helpful if it was possible to add meals as "planned" and then checking them off after eating (or cancelled if not eaten). This would really help for meal-planning in advance.

  20. IBS dietplan FODMAP

    I would love if there were a diet for belly issues. I know other apps that does that but without caloies. Low fodmap diet is for ibs.
