How can we improve Lifesum?

“I have an urge for food” button

A button or widget on Android screen or ios “site for widgets”.
The button should say: “i have an urge for food/candy” or what food it might be. And when pressed Lifesum will open up and show motivation for not go to McD or eat the rest of the chips for the Day before and so on!

    Agree! You could maybe select the food your craving and lifesum could suggest a healthy alternative that would satisfy the same craving.
