Keto + intermittent fasting plan
Why not introduce a combo power plan that combines the fat burning magic of ketosis and the health benefits of intermittent fasting
Keto 75% F 20% P 5% C
Intermittent Fasting 16:8 every other day or 3 days a week that the user can define when setting up their plan

I'd like to combine different plans or styles like keto strict with as much as possible clean eating.
And I'd definitely need to combine keto plan with foods I'm allergic to or just don't want to eat them.
I also have a rare allergy to a certain level of starch in my food, so I'd like to track that.
It's okay if this all is not going along with the suggested meals in the plan (since I don't use them on daily basis, more as an inspiration), but I need to see and I'd like to track that!

Add a fasting tracker. I want to combine keto with 16:8 fasting. I want to be able to delete a breakfast and substitute with own idea.

I currently do a self-created IF + Keto plan using 20:4 with 80% Fat, 16% Protein, and 4% Carbohydrate utilizing a fasting app (Zero) and a Ketone tracking app (KetoPlot). It would be awesome to have these functions all in one place instead of using three apps.
