Collection of suggestions for Life Score improvements
It would be great if the life score could be stored and presented in a graph - like body weight. Then it would be possible to see improvements över time

I don't wanna put in every exercise.
I would like to chose cardio or weight lifting and then put in the kcal and not the time.
I now put in kcal. But life score doesn't understand that, so it affects my score -

I do both MMA and poledancing as excercises and both are at least 2 of these: strenght, endurance and high intensity excercises. But both excercises are nog registered as such in the end of the week lifescore. It would be amazing if this would work!

Please make an option to let wheelchair users omit HIIT exercise suggestion from their life score or ADD the adapted versions in as THEY see fit.

There should be a mode where I can use a series of trackers like the fruit, veggie, and seafood trackers to simply self report how many servings of each food group I have. Additional trackers could be like the lifescore quiz asks: Whole Grains, servings of lean meat. And get a type of lifescore based on that. I don't want to have to enter every food to get a Lifescore because I'm not counting calories, but I want to track wellness this way.
Along with this, it'd be great to have a graph to track how consistently I hit my goal number of servings per food group over time.

Yes!! I would love to know what specifically that I ate had a lot of sugar or was processed. Don’t just tell me “off-track” or “imbalanced” but tell me what foods specifically I ate that gave me that score.

add life habits in the Life score and display it in the diary: sleep, heart rate, cigarette consumption ... etc

It would be nice to see what specific foods or exercises reduced or upped the score. Just make it more transparent how the score was calculated.

Agreed! I find it very hard to derive anything useful from the life score for this reason, it just ends up being frustrating.

That would be great to have an history of our LifeScore. Today, we're only able to see our score of the week, but that would be great to see the progression, and how we've been improving...

When i see the results of my lifescore, i see which things i have to improve but not how. Ill explain myself with an example: i saw yesterday that i was bad with saturated fat so i assumed that i ate more than advised. But today i recive the popup message that i wasnt eating enough. I suggest to explain what are u doing wrong and why, instead.

I get exercises synced from Google Fit, but Live Score doesn't recognize it as Strength training.

I do not use LifeSum everyday but instead I use it a few weeks and then I don't use it for a few weeks. But every time I come back to the app after not using it for a few weeks, the LifeScore has decreased. This is very demotivating.
It would be great if there was an option to only calculate LifeScore based on the days that you entered foods.

I agree. It would be great to click through one of the elements of the life score and see which days you met the specific goal (eg: fruits) and which days you didn't. Or even see live score elements as part of your day review, not just the week. It's hard to course correct when all you get are "eat more fruits." I keep eating more fruits, but I'm not seeing my score improve. So either I'm logging fruits that don't count as fruits (as your friendly tech support people have explained) or I'm actually not eating enough fruit. I'd be able to troubleshoot this on my own (and find fruits that do count as fruits) AND improve my own food behaviors if I could see when I'm getting docked for not eating enough, for example, fruit.

The test should include
- smoking
- the alcohol question should ask about quantity per day in addition to times per week. -

Yes. I'm vegan and noticed it's telling me to eat less carbs.

Yep, this annoys me a lot too! I'm vegetarian, not pescatarian. Please, please change this.

On the weekly "Life Score" report card, include more specific feedback for how you can improve the next week (for example, don't just say "imbalanced" -- also say over/under, and by how much). Also include suggestions for implementing that feedback.
