Accurate/verified nutritional information from lifesum
Provide scientifically accurate and "Lifesum verified" nutritional values for common staples, eggs, 2% milk, brown rice, tofu, etc.
I've found most of the basic foods I eat have a large rage of caloric and nutritional values within the app. I know which is closest to correct because I used another calorie counting app for several years, but not everyone can estimate as accurately.

Please add customisation to amount of meals per day for Intermittent Fasters
It would be brilliant to be able to adjust the daily meal intake in the app and not have to stick to the 3 meal option. As I practise IF it is a bit frustrating not being able to adjust my 'breakfast' option and always get a bad rating for not having breakfast (or not reaching enough calories in that particular category). Thanks!

Expected set Weight Goal Trend Line
*for premium users
In the line graph for the weight statistics, please add a trend line in that same graph to average out daily weight measurements
This trend line can be calculated and also extrapolated to a date that correspond with the set weight goal*Showing the day of reaching the set weight goal would be motivating to me
*Implementing a double graph that crosses the time line when weight=set weight goal should not be too hard39 votes -
Please improve the exercise tracker!
I feel that the exercise Tracking is not very accurate/there are not enough options.
It would be great to enter information about duration and distance/weight. I mean it makes a difference wether I'm running 10km an hour or 7km.
Also it would be great to get a specific exercise overview in the different categories (low intensity, high intensity and muscle training) to see Training duration, distance and burned calories.
Also it bothers me that Crosstrainer is obviously not rated as high intensity. My Life Score in high intensity is always too low because of that.
I would be very happy if you could improve these pointsI feel that the exercise Tracking is not very accurate/there are not enough options.

Add "Press Back again" notification to prevent closing app by accident
Every day I close Lifesum several times by accident, because one single tap on the "Back"key is enough to exit. Please consider adding a toast notification "Tap again to exit".

Have the option to choose salt OR sodium when imputing foods
Only having the option to input sodium often seems to results in messed up entries with salt and sodium confused.
This means you either have to re-enter the whole item or attempt to change the sodium info which often seems to fail.38 votes -
Ability to manually change amount of calories burned during exercise
Not just to select the amount of minutes (not even at a decimal level, but whole minutes, as the app has now been updated to do instead), and have the app come up with an inaccurate amount of calories burned so we have to input guesses as to how many minutes will hit as close to the amount we've actually burned as possible. And not just to enter completely new calories burned that aren't attached to the exercise done. If we calculate our calories burned in other ways (and a lot of people do), we should be able to manually change the amount of calories that have actually been burned by specific exercises done. This can be an optional function in which not everybody has to manually input their calories burned by a specific exercise, but that it is simply an option.

Change color scheme for statistics
The color scheme for tracking the percentage of each type of calorie intake ( fats, carbs etc) and food composition ( see attached picture) can be changed. This can be replaced by a color scheme that includes more colors ( for instance, a red blue green scheme). It would invite far less confusion when it comes to identifying different parts of the graphs.

Nursing moms
I'm nursing my baby for at least 6 months to a year and would love to have this app mom friendly too. The calories are great for a non nursing mom but your body needs more when trying to produce milk and maintain itself as well. I would love it is was compatible with all of the plans as well including the Keto plan!

Please add a sodium alert that pops up on phone, etc. when getting close to daily limit per restrictions.
Please add a sodium alert that pops up on phone, etc. when getting close to daily limit per restrictions. I'm supposed to intake no more than 1300 sodium per day. It'd be nice if my GearFit 2 vibrate, my phone beeped, etc. when I hit say 900 or so.

Excess sugar or fat - want top offenders
I see in daily report and other stats that I ate excess fat and added sugar (say). I want to be to drill down and quickly identify top offenders in decreasing order. It’s difficult to go to every food and find out. MyFitnessPal has this btw

Weekly calorie tracking
Instead of daily it would be awesome to se your weekly intake so you can correct if you over/under ate one Day.
Example it could say weekly avarage calories per Day for the week and compare to daily goal and last week avarage.37 votes -
Viewing detailed, labelled historical weight loss data
It would be nice to see the weight graph and axis labelled for context. Right now it is too abstract. I don't enter my weight consistently at the same time. It could also be interesting to give people an option to overlay other data on the graph as well (calories burned, calories consumed, protein consumed, day rating etc).
Alternately, if I could at least see the date that I entered each weight, I would be happy without the visualization.
Maybe there's a way to do this, but I can't find this feature.

Step tracker
I would like to add my daily steps manuelly, because I‘m using the step counter from TomTom and this is no partner app. Is this possible to add the steps on my own? Kind regards Melanie

Unlock carb amount for keto plans
It would be great to be able to choose a keto plan (low carb) but have the option to unlock the carb amount to a percentage instead of a fixed e.g. 50g. Using a standard plan instead does not give you appropriate food grading (A,B,C etc) for low carb, high fat.
