Servus ,gibt's es sie Möglichkeit wenn man kein Barcode oder q er cude hat ein Foto mit der Kamera zu machen , die App erkannt das Foto dann Automatisch als das ständige manuelle eingeben wenn man kein Barcode hat von der Verpackung. Wer suorr wenn man das mit Strava verknüpfen

Distinguish other activities strava
Whenever I track my weight training through strava it is categorised as ‘other activity’ and not as weight training. Would it be possible to sync the workouts from strava on a higher detail level in which the type of activities tracked in strava are distinguished? For cycling and running this is already working, but not for the other activities.

Foods contributing to macro count
It would be really helpful to be able to see which foods contribute most to the macro budgets. For example, if I click on the carbs, I would like to see the top 5 foods that contribute to my daily carb budget etc.

Editing nutritional items makes no sense
Each macro etc is measured "per 100g" or at least this is implied because it says "100 g" below each item (not per 100g which would be clearer).
However, when I modify the serving size at the top, all the values update. How could this be? Changing a serving size does not change how many grams of fat per 100g, it just changes the total consumed.
Also, the first field asks how many calories, but does not specify for how much food. Is it for one serving or for 100g?
I have edited the same protein bar THREE TIMES now…

Connect with freestyle libre app
I would like the Lifesum app to connect with my freestyle libre app. That way I can track when I eat and easily see how it effects my blood glucose levels.

Add significant figures for time in exercises
Ability to add 1 or 2 significant figures to a time for exercises i.e., be able to input 1.75 minutes for plank, or 1.5 minutes for squats.

Select Which Macros to Track
Is there anyway you can turn off tracking certain macros? For example, I am not wanting to track my carbs or fats, only my protein. Can there be a function to do this?

Option to view historical weight data over time periods e.g. 1 month, 3 months, 1 year, All.

När jag följer en veckoplaneringsmeny vill jag som användare kunna byta ut till egenkomponerad måltid eller annan måltid från hela receptkatalogen. Det är väldigt begränsat att endast välja ur ett så smalt sortiment. Vet att jag kan söka och lägga till men då får jag det inte i min veckoplanering inför handling mm.

Need to be able to change daily sodium goals
Some heath issues cause people to need more sodium than others and getting negative ratings on food/meals because of higher sodium can be greatly discouraging.

When including exercise calories in calorie goal, show this on stats instead of showing that you've eaten over your calorie goal.
I've been in a 300+ deficit under allowed calories every day if including exercise (if I didn't eat more on the days I'm really active I would suffer from a health stand point), but on those active days it shows that I missed my calorie goal in stats. I hate this because I want a place to see if I've been consistent or not in coming in or under my goal calories.

Add sum of food consumed- in gramms
Add the possibility to see total sum of grams that were consumed during the meal. For example, for the breakfast I had a salad 100 grams (50 kkal), potatos 50 gr (50 kkal) and meat 50 gr (50 kkal). As for now- I see only that I took 150 kkal. My proposition is to ensure the possibility to add information- that I ate 200 grams of food

Would be great to be able to move food I have entered from one meal to another
I may enter a food under “snack” by accident when I really meant to list it under “lunch”. Would be nice to have a way to move individual foods, or even a whole meal, if desired.

Adding a new sport
Can you add “quadrobics” in the “sport” section please ? It would be really helpful for the food because it doesn’t look like the others sports, it’s a full body work, upgrade coordination and is an amazing cardiovascular exercise !

Protein per day statistics
I'm surprised Lifesum doesn't provide statistics of protein/day (or carbs and fat/day) taken over time in the app. Being able to see the nutrition intake per day over time is such a fundamental data when trying to track the progress of a change in diet. How to else see that the diet isn't draining you on protein (or other vital nutritions) ?

Exercise tracking
I would like to be able to track my exercise however long. I quite often do 20 mins and feel it’s a shame I only have the option for 30 mins.

Adjust Home Screen
For all us that for example practice intermittent fasting and don’t eat breakfast, it is very annoying not to be able to delete “Breakfast”. The Home Screen should be easily adjustable.

Quick add calories directly from home screen
Please add an easier way to quick add calories directly from the Home Screen without having first to choose type of meal and then add them.
