I'd like to combine different plans or styles like keto strict with as much as possible clean eating.
And I'd definitely need to combine keto plan with foods I'm allergic to or just don't want to eat them.
I also have a rare allergy to a certain level of starch in my food, so I'd like to track that.
It's okay if this all is not going along with the suggested meals in the plan (since I don't use them on daily basis, more as an inspiration), but I need to see and I'd like to track that!
