I would like to add fast days to a different diet. For example, I prefer to do high protein every day, plus one or two fast days. Right now, if I switch to the fasting plan, it changes my macro balance.
Also, the default fasting diet does not take into account your metabolic rate. The "normal day" suggestion of over 2000 calories is much higher than my BMR of 1400 (or 1800 with exercise), and would not work.
Non fasting days should please be set to another diet type or at least a normal amount of calories equal to ones daily metabolic burn!
