  1. German Version more Spacing

    If you take for instance the word "Kolenhydrate" it is very long and the box/container is way to small. In relation to UX/UI design this is really bad although the new design looks amazing

  3. More customizability for "piece", "slice" and "serving" weights/gram

    You should be able to customize how much a "slice" or "piece" is in a specific food. For example, a slice of bread has the incorrect weight information, so I have to enter grams manually.

    Make it so you can customize how many grams a "piece" a "serving" and a "slice" is.

    Generally just being able to create your own "serving sizes" for an individual food would be nice, so you for example with almonds, could make your own "a handful" category.

  4. Add Sync for Xiaomi Fitness (Mi Fitness)

    Xiaomi Fitness (O Mi Fitness) is the latest version of Xiaomi's wearable app. All the devices they will release in the future will also be on this platform that becomes more and more complete every day with continuous updates and is also an excellent alternative to Google Fit with Wear OS because the devices are not too expensive and are bought by more people, I would very much like to be able to have the tracking of my workouts, steps and calories on lifesum also through this app (for example I own a Xiaomi Watch S1 and a Xiaomi Band…

  6. IBS dietplan FODMAP

    I would love if there were a diet for belly issues. I know other apps that does that but without caloies. Low fodmap diet is for ibs.

  9. Filter Menus according to your meal centric macro goals

    If I already have total calories and macro targets per meal, why can't I just filter out menus that meet these targets? You must have all that data.

    Example:
    I'm planning a lunch with 500kcal
    and it should have: 73g Proteins |  64g Carbs | 20g Fat

    Now Lifesum should just suggest recipes that fit these targets. That would really make life easy.

    This is the best nutrition tracking app I have used. I am a certified holistic weight loss coach and would love to recommend the app. Do you have any affiliate options ?

  12. Weekly calorie tracking

    Instead of daily it would be awesome to se your weekly intake so you can correct if you over/under ate one Day.
    Example it could say weekly avarage calories per Day for the week and compare to daily goal and last week avarage.

  14. I would like to create my own meal plan/diet

    Please, make it available for users to create their own meal plan. I can’t believe this feature still isn’t available.

    I don't mean changing my macros/etc. We want to use our own recipes, our own meals that we're used to in our own cultures/families/countries.

    I don’t want to use the predetermined diets on the app. Don’t just assume that we all eat the same things or that everything is available for everyone everywhere.

    I want to be able to meal prep and have my grocery list and build my own meal plan with the things I want but this isn’t…

  15. Auto-calculate calories by using the macro values when creating a new food

    Routinely calories are not 100% accurate on the package. If you calculate the calories based of the macros sometimes it can be off. It would be fantastic if there would be an option when creating a new food that the calories would be calculated when you enter the macros.

  16. Option to remove macro and calories from the home screen

    I could't find an option to hide the calories and macros from the Home Screen.

    I'm doing a diet with a registered dietitian and love to use lifesum to record food, but I wanted to hide the macros and calories as is already accounted by a registered health professional, and seeing them on the menu is getting annoying, because the app is saying my diet is "wrong" when in fact is not, and is being done with professional guidance.

    It would be great to have more meal plans options for vegan/vegetarians... For example a lose weight in 3 weeks vegan edition or a vegan keto.

  18. Add information about what it takes to get a perfect life score

    Under Progress/Lifescore/See details there is a text for each category: "Our recommendation is..." Can you also add: "For a perfect score you need..."? And by perfect score, I mean 100/100. Or at least publish all this information for each category somewhere, so it's transparent. For example, you recommend 1 hour of strength training per week, however I seem to need 2 hours for a perfect score? This information should be easily accessible for all categories.

    4. Diario gratitudine giornaliero.
    5. Fascia oraria per ogni pasto utile per dieta digiuno o qualsiasi altra dieta e monitoraggio orario.
