  1. Substitute Directly in Recipe Allergies

    Hi! I have additional food allergies that show up a lot as a vegetarian (i am allergic to chickpeas, sesame and Specific Nuts, not all nuts.) I would like to be able to filter it out or substitute directly in recipe with updated nutrition stats, or even suggested allergy informed replacements :)

  2. Change date after entering

    I usually log my meals every night in bed before sleeping. However there's been so many times where I enter all the food and then realize that it's past midnight and I'm a moron. It would be very useful to have an option to edit or move or change the entire log's date.

  3. Sycn Thermomix recipes from Cookidoo to Lifesum

    To sycn Thermomix recipes from Cookidoo to Lifesum and the other way around would be perfect.
    Would be really cool if it would be possible to add Thermomix recipes and could sinc it with its own app Cookidoo. As it has already listed the nutrition information of full dishes and menus and also you can make your week plan and shop list of ingredients. So that you could add the Lifesum suggestions in the Thermomix and the other way round.

  5. Add running/walking/biking etc. distance

    Add an algorithm for calculating kcal burned from running/walking/biking etc. based on distance travelled, instead of speed. Since the deciding factors for burning kcal in these exercises is WEIGHT and DISTANCE TRAVELLED, rather than SPEED and TIME.
    It's true that if you know exactly how fast you run and exactly for how long, it should add up the same kcal burned, however it is much easier to just enter the distance travelled and have the app calculate how many kcal is burned with the users registered weight with the given distance.
    I believe this would provide much more accurate results…

  7. Export caloric intake to Google Fit

    Since a few months Google Fit is able to keep track of calorie intake, would be great if Lifesum could sync to it

  8. Meal suggestions based on what I have in stock

    Meal suggestions based on your needed carb/protein/fat-needs for that meal, the kicker is an algorithm that then queries the user yes/no questions e.g. Do you have eggs at home? And then updates avilable suggestions based on the answers

  9. IBS meal plan

    Do an Ibs-m/-a meal plan. Most IBS meal plans are either for ibs-c or ibs-d and my life is just about food now just for the reason that everything hurts when eating.

    family subscription, where you can share your meal plan, plan what to have to eat, etc. maybe also where you can "compete" with each other and see who reaches your goal first, it can also help you reach the goal

    I wanted to ask you, is it possible to add the automatic calculation and display of net carbohydrates?   13. Kcal and macros also on a weekly base (not only daily)

    Often diets are bases on kcal and macros planned on a week base. So if I go over a day then next day I can stay a little bit less to compensate. It would be useful if the app can calculate this automatically adapting the kcal suggested to have every day based on how your diet went during the week. For instance if you have a 2500kcal every day and first 3 day you stayed 200 kcal over (and so you ate 600kcal more) than the app could suggest you to stay 150kcal (600kcal / 4 remaining days) under the…

  14. Diet psychology

    noom does this thing where it works out why you are unhealthy based on past habits. Like you eat because you are bored or someone in the family is a food pusher ect. Noom is too expensive so i use lifesum but some of my diet issues are caused by my brain, you need to change the way you think about food as well as learn healthy habbits

  15. Customizable Meal Plans And Macros

    Just got premium a couple months ago. I anticipated I would be able to make my own meal plan, with my own macronutrient needs and such. However I’m stuck with the plan the app came with, which as someone who is around 10% body fat I can’t be eating 100 grams of fat a day like the plan suggests. Basically I want less help with my diet and rather just simply have it to track my calories and macros of my own choosing.

  16. Add airdrop sharing for iOS users

    I share almost ever meal with my husband who is also using an iPhone. There is no option to airdrop him the meal I enter. Sending him a text is somewhat cumbersome, could airdrop be enabled in a future release?

  17. Read Meat or allergen update

    The problem I have now is my Life Score counting "red meat" against me, I don't eat red meat. Certain foods that are not required for a healthy diet, like red meat, should not count against you when not consuming it.

    The current option is to classify myself "vegetarian," but that would block seafood and other important proteins I do eat, from being tracked.

    I want to be able to block certain foods due to allergy or personal choices. This would allow foods like "red meat," "shellfish," or "Eggs" to not be tracked or count against you.

  18. Recipe: let us change between "grams and servings"

    When you have made your own recipe you should be able to choose between grams and servings. The serving doesn't really tell anything. I usually do food Ford 2-3 days so IT IS very hard to think how many servings you will get from that.

    Стандартные стаканчики это 0,2, а не 0,25. Удобнее всего вообще вводить воду мл произвольно, как еду.
