Stop smoking feature/goal
As lifesum becomes the selfimprovement-hub once one embarks on the diet/sport journey, I'd love to have some motivation there to stop smoking.
Maybe a tracker on how many cigarettes I didn't smoke and how much money I saved in doing so. Or just a big button telling me how many days without smoking I did so far.3 votes -
Quick add calories directly from home screen
Please add an easier way to quick add calories directly from the Home Screen without having first to choose type of meal and then add them.

Adjust Home Screen
For all us that for example practice intermittent fasting and don’t eat breakfast, it is very annoying not to be able to delete “Breakfast”. The Home Screen should be easily adjustable.

Recalculation of macros per 100g per meal or recipe
Hey, guys! When I create a meal or recipe, I’ve noticed that there is no way to recalculate macros per 100 grams of the meal portion. Instead, I receive macros for the whole meal, which is not useful for me. Every time, I have to do some math and track 0.1 or 0.15 of a serving, where the whole meal can be 500g or 1000g, which is often too much for one human meal. Normally, all recipes include a few servings, and I cannot predict from the ingredients whether the final product will be one meal’s worth or more. What…

Stop demonizing food: at least make it optional to remove the emojis.
This app for me is mainly for counting calories, making sure that I hit my numbers correctly. But it always upsets me when 'm adding my recipes. For example: if I want to add that I cooked with one tbsp olive oil it gives me the "☹️" or used soy "😐" or god forbid I have a portion of carbohydrates "☹️"
I have a history of eating disorders, I had my "safe" foods (basically only fruits & vegetables) and everything else was, in my disordered way of thinking, bad.
Now I know better, but do you? Because according to your…

Exercise tracking
I would like to be able to track my exercise however long. I quite often do 20 mins and feel it’s a shame I only have the option for 30 mins.

Would like to be able to connect with like minded people for inspiration and support during Lifesum journey. In a safe way though.

Bevarage tracker
Hi. I just have a question, because haven't found such a function. Maybe there is a separate coffee/tea tracker (similar to one there is now water)? Because it also influences the water balance as well and would be easier to track. Thank you!

Let us opt in for unscientific tracking
I’m here to loose weight and I’m using Lifesum instead of MyFitnessPal because of the clean and uncluttered interface and information. But some of the choices you have made about what you consider important for health are, in my view, not serious but based on a more holistic/gut feeling approach. For example with water tracking where most people drink the right amount, but all fitness apps insist we should drink much, much more. Or the trendy UPF (Ultra Processed Food) that has definitions that don’t add up at all. Can’t you let us paying premium customers choose for ourselves if…

Protein per day statistics
I'm surprised Lifesum doesn't provide statistics of protein/day (or carbs and fat/day) taken over time in the app. Being able to see the nutrition intake per day over time is such a fundamental data when trying to track the progress of a change in diet. How to else see that the diet isn't draining you on protein (or other vital nutritions) ?

An overview of much the meal took of allowed fat, cab and protein
I miss the ability to see want went wrong og what was good. An overview of the day. This meal took 80 % of your fat for today, maybe you should consider something else. Is this something i just can't find, it seems to me obvious to have that included. Don't get me wrong, MyFitnessPal was terrible compared to lifesum, however i liked that overview of the day.

Allow tracking of Oxalate / Oxalic Acid
Since reducing (and consequently tracking) my Oxalate intake has unfortunately become a crucial part of my diet, I discovered that there’s no app out there that allows tracking this, while also offering a good app experience.
Since this is crucial for many kidney stone patients, it’s a feature of which I believe can help many existing users while also adding new people to the user base as well.

Adding a new sport
Can you add “quadrobics” in the “sport” section please ? It would be really helpful for the food because it doesn’t look like the others sports, it’s a full body work, upgrade coordination and is an amazing cardiovascular exercise !

Hi, It would be very nice to have a feature where I could plan my day ahead and at the time I’m actually eating, I could just confirm it.

Create a darkmode
Allow customisation of the diary. i.e. header colour, darkmode/lightmode, text colour etc. If not fully customisable, then just adding a basic darkmode?
(I'm unsure if there is one for ios, but there is no customisation/darkmode for android)3 votes -
Lockscreen Widget
It would be great to have a lockscreen widget for Lifesum which directly allows the user to track a meal with minimal number of taps involved
