    Based on macronutrients, on the time of the day and in your past entries, Lifesum can suggest options for which meal you can want to eat, but in a health way.

  2. Plan ahead suggested recipes

    "I'll be able to plan ahead and know what I'll be eating throughout the day or even throughout the next couple of weeks. I can look on at my meals for the next day and cook them the night before."

  3. Lifesum und Fitbit

    Das Training von Fitbit wird von Lifesum akzeptiert und wird angezeigt und berechnet.
    Warum werden die Mahlzeiten nicht an Fitbit übertragen? Das muss geändert werden.
    2. Es wäre sehr gut, wenn man Rezepte erstellt wenigstens die Anweisungen und Schritte als Bilddatei speichern kann. Es erspart sehr viel Zeit. Ein Bild für Rezept kann man ja auch einfügen. Ich zahle seit 2 Jahren viel Geld Beitrag. Es wird Zeit es Kundenfreundlich zu gestalten.
    3. Wenn ich meine Nahrung eingetragen habe und ich sie doch nicht esse, muss ich die kompletten Zutaten am nächsten Tag neu eintragen. Wäre sehr gut dieses auf…

  4. Meal nutrition imports from meal services

    It would be nice to be able to import specific meals and the nutrition information from meal services like hello fresh, blue apron, etc.

  5. More or less than 2 fast days per week

    I would like to have the possibility to enter more or less than 2 fast days per week to be more flexible. The fast diet does not only know this one variant 5:2. I am fasting for 3 days a week. Later, after achieving my goals, I'd like to reduce to 2 and later to 1 day per week. So this is a bit rigid. Thanks :-)

  6. Updated date projections for when your weight loss goal should be achieved and estimated milestone days that update as you go

    When you set your goal it gives you an estimated day for when you should reach it but you never see it again. It would be nice if it updated and you can see it whenever you want. Same with milestones. An estimated time anticipated to reach each milestone would be nice

  8. Add a iOS widget/force touch to add water

    It would be very handy to add the amount of water you drank by a widget and/or by force touch without always having to unlock your phone and opening the app

  9. Vegan/vegetarian

    It would be nice if you could mention if you are vegetarian or vegan cause I get notifications that I should eat more fish or white meat but I don't eat it. And I also have really often that things get double in my diary that is really annoying

  10. New/Different Intermittent Fasting Plan

    Instead of fasting on just 2 days out of a given week, create a plan that focuses on eating all your food within just several hours of the day, within a calorie limit of course.
    This type of intermittent fasting has shown promising results for a lot of people, and is used widely.

    It would be nice if you can search for a own created recipe by an ingredient.

    It would be nice to be able to have more meal times than just breakfast, lunch, dinner, and one snack. Samsung Health (which Lifesum tracks to) has options for three snacks...

  16. "Check" the day

    Hi,
    My idea is to create a "check" or "end" button for each day. Like you are finished for the day og press check to have a summery of how the day went, the balance between food and exercise. I think this also would help against the crawings that sneeks up as the evening comes, how bad would it feel to "open" up the day again just for a little snack. It would also give a closer update when its given day by day.

  18. Bad daily valuation (sad face) because net carbs mode

    Ok you guys added net carbs mode for keto but the damn sad faces still showing discouraging me on the daily valuation. Please fix the sad faces.

  20. Easier adjusting of meal plan portions.

    When your on a meal plan, it harder then it should be to add decimals to your portions. The predetermined portions I to small for me and there for I would like to say I ate 1.5 portions. The problem is that you a just press the bottom to track the recommended meal it just add a full portion and if you scroll down to adjust the meal it you can't add decimals for half meals. So what you have to do is manually search for the recipe and track it at which point the app ask you how many…
