Exporting Recipes to Groceries apps
It would be awesome to be able to export recipes so you could add them to other groceries apps and integrate a nutritional plan based on Lifesum recipes according to the suggested nutritional plan. At least the possibility to share the recipes via email so you could extract both ingredients and instructions. Please!

Add a beverage button
Tracking beverages:
I would love to see the water button stay unchanged except perhaps more options for container size. My favorite cup is 11.5 fl oz for example. In addition to the warer button a beverage button would be nice, to track calories, caffeine, carbs, etc. that we are drinking because there can and usually are a lot of sugars in soda pop and fruit juice, most coffee drinks, a lot of carbs in alcohol and so on. If the calories we drink are logged with our meals/snacks it is easy to excuse, but to have a button/category that shows that I drank 400+ calories that’s 384+ grams of sugar it would be easer to slowdown on the sugary beverages. A tracking category might help overweight America make healthy changes. (Caloric example based on 3x32oz soda [reference http://www.sugarstacks.com/beverages.htm] and a coffee drink mocha, latte, cappuccino you choose.)Tracking beverages:

Please integrate with Paprika, the recipe app
I have spent the past year building my recipe base through an app called Paprika. It is so easy to cook with their app. Please allow us to have the ability to easily import recipes from Paprika in order to count the calories from it.

Please stop using cups as measuring units
I don’t understand how many grams are in a cup? In my app settings I have chosen metric units, but still see those freaking cups in recipes. I want to know everything in grams, not in cups.

Add tracking of the daily fiber amount instead of having to look at each meal.
I want to be sure I’m getting enough fiber in my low carb diet. Right now I can only add up the individual meals myself.

Add total weight of created meal
It would be great if it was possible to enter total weight of your own created meal. If you do a big batch of something, (e.g. I do 1kg batches of bolognese sauce). When I then add this meal for dinner, I have to specify a fraction like 0.11 portions or something. I have to remember the total weight of the meal every time I eat a serving and calculate the total portion fraction. If you can add total weight of your meal, you can simply note the weight of your serving like usual.

Sync Enable With Samsung GearFit 2
It is great Lifesum can sync to my S HEALTH account. Now if it would sync with my GearFit 2 smart watch, that would be even greater. I realize some items are synced between Lifesum and GearFit 2 via S Health but when useing my GearFit 2 in stand alone for exercise or walking it syncs to S-Health after a connection is made. This isn't the case with GearFit 2 to Lifesum. I would like all my exercise routines synced to Lifesum from my GearFit 2.

Tracking sugars by spoonful
Would be great if intake of sugar could be tracked with the food. especially fructose. Could be like water intake and with kcal. Or at least an option of lo/no sugar diet.

Bring back the old design, the new "feng shui" is horrible!
The new changes broke the Material Design guidelines. I loved Lifesum because of the nice Design but now it's no more better than Yazio or every other one trying to brew it's own crappy design on Android. And I'm sure I can't "get used to" it because I want to throw up every time I see that ugly menu on the bottom... Just bring back the old design, please.

More snack reminders
Many dietary plans recommends more than one snack per day. Being able to set at least two more snack reminders in Lifesum would be great.

Import nutritional data from Apple Health
I often use an app that has hundreds of tasty healthy recipes and that app adds the nutritional data to apple health app at the tap of a button. Lifesum should import this data so I don't need to enter it separately.

Manually add calories for refeed days
I have a calorie count per day, but 1 time a week I'm allowed a refeed day, aka a surplus of calories. I would like to have the option to set calories for some days, like 1690 for Mon-Friday, then have Saturday and Sunday as 2474. Can we set scheduled calories? That way I don't have to change it manually weekly, but instead set it up calendar based and have it display calorie counts for regular day or refeed day.
Thanks!

Unlock carb slider on Ketogenic diet plans
Please can we unlock the carb slider in the macronutrient settings on the ketogenic diets? It is currently set automatically at 20g. I suggest limiting it to <50g and letting people choose their own macros within this limit.
You could add a tip that suggests lower carb intake will optimise the diet plan but personally I aim for between 20-30g a day and feel quite disheartened when my macros read or 'over' or 'unbalanced' even though I'm hitting my targets. A little flexibility would be lovely! Thank you!

Differing daily calorie goals
It would be very useful for people to be able to set a different calorie and macro goal for different days of the week. This would be especially helpful for people eating different amounts on lifting/rest days. It also seems like it would be easy to implement.

Add the possibility to create recipe books for selfmade recipes, e.g. sweet things, christmas recipes etc.
Being able to enter recipes into different recipe books would provide a much better overview.

Track bowel movements.
Track bowel movements. This would be helpful for people who suffer from constipation or IBS. It would allow people to see how their bowel movements are affected by their diet.

Recipe categories should match meal plans
If I select a meal plan such as "Meditteranean", I'd like to be able to see what meals qualify as Med meals. There's not even a search tag for that plan. Similarly, if (for example) I want to see what the medium Keto diet would be like, I want to be able to see all the "medium Keto" recipes so I can determine if that's a plan I should even try.

task
Add Tasks to Lifesum. A Task could be completed within the day or a specified duration of time. One Task could be to complete the planned training for the day, another to remeber to eat a small meal before training.
By adding Tasks, this app would be a complete part of the daily tracking46 votes -
Do not re enter exercise calories burned back into daily goals.
After I have hit my nutritional goals for the day, I add in my calories burned from exercise and all my nutritional goals are recalculated, wanting me to eat more than my original intake goal...It's a known fact that you shouldn't eat back calories burned but it seems that that is what Lifesum is wanting me to do. It's extremely confusing to see my goals change after I enter in my exercise. Calories burned should count towards my total deficit for the day, not added back to my intake goals. It would be extremely helpful if we could have the option to exclude exercise calories burned from being added back into our nutritional goals for the day.
