Automatic water tracking measurment wrong
Currently, if I search for and track water for any category (breakfast, lunch) it defaults to one glass at 8.5 FL oz which is FINE, but then the little glasses above all my food categories indicates that I've only drank 1 FL oz of water instead of one glass like I indicated in the certain meal section. Same goes if I track 2 glasses, it'll say 2 FL oz. Only way to fix it is switch the unit when tracking to FL oz and put 8 for one glass or 16 for 2 glasses and then the water glasses coordinate correctly. Please make it recognize the unit, thanks!

Add to the calendar ability to mark cheat-days
Add to the calendar ability to mark cheat-days not only with red number instead green, so we can see the difference between slightly excess of calories and real cheat-days.

Automatic register for meals
Add option to register frequently meals automatically, for example every monday to friday register the same breakfast, this way we have to manually register less meals because it's kind of tedious to repeat this so many times (which is also the reason why I've stoped using this app other times)

Revamp food item picker screens to make it easier to pick previously used items
Adding food items to a meal is the main task in the app and most people eat often items which they had consumed before. Considering this, the meal picker screens should receive more attention.
It's very time consuming to find and pick items which were used previously. I often need to jump back to another date, look for the exact product name which I used and then search for it again when adding it to another meal.
I suggest to:
* Share the history of used items across all meals. It's frustrating that I can't pick e.g. the cheese which I had in the morning also in the evening
* Indicate in the UI if an item was previously tracked (ideally with the count). When searching e.g. bread there are many items which are quite similar, seeing a tag with the count would help to only spend the effort to identify the most fitting item once.
* Make the history and favorites on the items picker screen searchable (so that also only these, without searching the global catalog, can be filtered)
* There is lots of whitespace on the - nowadays - big screens. There is room to e.g. show also the fat, protein, … values next to the kcal in the listAdding food items to a meal is the main task in the app and most people eat often items which they had consumed before. Calorie intake graph breakdown
Can we have a breakdown of the calorie intake per meal in the calorie intake bar graph? Not only in the pie chart. FatSecret has it like this and I miss it. I switch to LifeSum only for the Life Score. But I miss that. Also the macros objectifs and the calories top ten from FatSecret. I love this feedback site. I'm pretty sure this app will be awesome !!

IBS meal plan
Do an Ibs-m/-a meal plan. Most IBS meal plans are either for ibs-c or ibs-d and my life is just about food now just for the reason that everything hurts when eating.

Add running/walking/biking etc. distance
Add an algorithm for calculating kcal burned from running/walking/biking etc. based on distance travelled, instead of speed. Since the deciding factors for burning kcal in these exercises is WEIGHT and DISTANCE TRAVELLED, rather than SPEED and TIME.
It's true that if you know exactly how fast you run and exactly for how long, it should add up the same kcal burned, however it is much easier to just enter the distance travelled and have the app calculate how many kcal is burned with the users registered weight with the given distance.
I believe this would provide much more accurate results from these activities. The most simple way to put this equation is weight*distance=kcal.
Example: weighing 80 kg * running 10 km = burning 800 kcal.Naturally there are more factors to take into account when exercising, but this is an improvement. Speed, terrain and style can have an impact, but for most people who don't run 10+ km regularly the impact will be minimal.
Hope this gets added.

Import everything from Apple Health and Google Fit
There are numerous requests that Lifesum should import certain data from certain apps (especially Apple Health and Google Fit) so with this idea, I’d like to 1. bundle all of these (please link yours in a comment so people can find it and vote on it) and 2. propose that Lifesum should simply import everything that it tracks.
Of course, you can’t import everything from all apps, but Apple Health and Google Fit would seem to be a good starting point…

Extend statistics
The graph that shows calorie against target would be really useful if it also showed the same for the individual macros, i.e. fat against target, protein against target and so forth. Ideally this could be by a switch at the top of the graph where you move between the different categories.
I think this will be more useful than the current graph of macros which quite honestly is so small and so detailed that it is pretty much impossible to use3 votes -

Add information about what it takes to get a perfect life score
Under Progress/Lifescore/See details there is a text for each category: "Our recommendation is..." Can you also add: "For a perfect score you need..."? And by perfect score, I mean 100/100. Or at least publish all this information for each category somewhere, so it's transparent. For example, you recommend 1 hour of strength training per week, however I seem to need 2 hours for a perfect score? This information should be easily accessible for all categories.

Option to remove macro and calories from the home screen
I could't find an option to hide the calories and macros from the Home Screen.
I'm doing a diet with a registered dietitian and love to use lifesum to record food, but I wanted to hide the macros and calories as is already accounted by a registered health professional, and seeing them on the menu is getting annoying, because the app is saying my diet is "wrong" when in fact is not, and is being done with professional guidance.

German Version more Spacing
If you take for instance the word "Kolenhydrate" it is very long and the box/container is way to small. In relation to UX/UI design this is really bad although the new design looks amazing

Add Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) to the app
I'm really surprised that it isn't already added into the app. Others apps already have it. For me it's a MUST.

4:3
Please add a 4:3 fasting option. I did this in 2019 and it worked incredibly well but I’m having a hard time sticking to it without the third day on the app. 5:2 isn’t enough for me (and for others who have posted about it!)

More options for measurement units and automatic conversion
Some food in the database come in different measurement units than others. Sometimes the entry is not validated (the little blue checkmark is not there), but at least for the food that has been validated in the DB, it would be very useful to get an automatic unit conversion combined with more mass and volume options in the dropdown menu. Usually a base portion is associated with a corresponding GRAMS and TBSP or CUPS measurement so this seems to me pretty simple to implement with the rule of three.
