Exercise goals
As this is an app meant to improve lifestyle, I believe that specific daily or weekly exercise goals would be a very useful function. And maybe these goals could change depending on your calorie or macro targets and your individual objectives e.g be healthier, gain muscle...

Suggests "loose weight" alternatives for high calorific foods e.g. while shopping
The concept of energy density of the University of Munich is a scientificly proven and established approach for loosing weight.
It suggests alternatives for high calorific food ("red food") so that you can maintain your lifestyle but eat the alternative that fits to your goal to loose weight.
Killer app for lifesum: When you go shopping check the products if they are "green" (not high calorific) via scanner, if not get a suggestion what could be an alternative that helps you to loose weight.
The approach combines the idea that you need something in your stomach with the psychology behind eating.
It establishs a traffic light system for food: Green = you can eat as much as you want, yellow = be careful, red = do not eat that.
For red/ yellow food alternatives are suggested, e.g. instead of "viennese schnitzel with french fries" take "schnitzel without breadcrum coating and fried from the oven". (I am from Germany ;) )
I really like this approach and would be enthusiatic to see it integrated into lifesum!

Exercise tracker
When ever I receive my Life Score, it always penalizes me for not doing enough of High Intensity, Low Intensity, etc exercises. But there is no way to track these types of exercises, that I know of, and the exercise tracker/log in place doesn’t distinguish between the different intensity’s of each exercise. It would be so helpful if there was a place on the app where one could imput how much of each type of exercise they did. (Ex: 20 min, what type: High Intensity) By the end of the week, the Life Score tracker could see if one met the weekly requirements.
Thanks!

Period tracking
Can you add a period tracking feature? I know that affects weight all the time and your eating habits so it would be nice to have.

Meal suggestion
Would be great if you could have lifesum suggest a meal that would fall within the remaining carbs, calories, etc you have for that day or meal.

Add a Fasting Tracker
It would be nice to log and track fasting sessions and be able to average over time. There are numerous apps out there but it would be nice to have it all in one.

Serving size is often incorrect from user created data
Serving size is incorrect due to inability to enter correct serving size when I add a new food to your database. For example, when I choose serving size, it doesn't allow me to indicate that 1 serving is 2 Tbsp., or 30 mL. It only allows for me designate that the serving is measured in Tbsp., and then defaults to measuring as 1 Tbsp. This will cause peoplease to consume more calories, or to count the serving 2 times, measuring TOO MANY calories. Just add a box for indictating the quantity as well as the measurement type (Tbsp., tsp., etc.)

5 ingredients recipes
I currently am living alone and trying to stay healthy. I tend to stick to recipes that are quick and easy to make as I don't have much spare time. If I open a recipe and it has a ton of ingredients I don't even finish reading it. If there was a category for five ingredient or less recipes I think that may be a feature that people will enjoy. Maybe you already have it and I am missing it. 🤷

Add an Update Button
Man... The Lifesum app does not update quite effectively. Would love an update button to quickly refresh the info I've given to Lifesum from my Apple Watch or the website.

Add custom food entry section like MyFitness Pal
Adding a custom recipe section or food entry system where I can add a recipe I made out of a Keto cookbook, and I can adjust the serving size (1 cup for example out of the whole recipient). OR allow us to enter custome fat/protein/carb amounts when adding custom calories. On the Keto plans this is extremely important.

Carb Cycling and Intermittent Fasting Plan and/ Option to Adjust per Day
I use a combination of Intermittent Fasting and want to introduce Carb Cycling to improve my results. I currently use a separate app to keep track of my fasting days/ times but I don't see options to adjust my macros per day on Lifesum. It would be nice to connect the BodyFast app or have more fasting options in Lifesum, in addition to being able to set macros.

Show previous weight entries by date
I would like to be able to see which dates I entered previous weights. If you select the weight entry in question in the graph, it should show the date that the entry was made. Right now I can only make out the first and last day of the graph.

Improving the exercise program
You need to change the exercise from time of how long you do an exercise to reps and weight and sets! Because adding weight for 30 minutes of squats will burn more calories than body weight 30 minutes of squats! Also you should be able to add a new exercise that you dont have on the list for more accurate data

Serving size option in recipes
Awesome app BTW! It would be very helpful if the recipes had the option to change serving size with corresponding ingredients adjusted based on amount served
