    Hi,

    You can define your own macros under Settings/Nutrition Settings/Change values

    This is possible in the Standard diet.

    In addition you can set your own calorie goal manually under Settings/Personal details/ Calories/Day

    "My question was that. I always take my measurements and write it on my
    notes. Lifesum will not allow me to enter past stats and measurements I
    took before, it will be cool if the service allows us to add old stats so
    we can have a reference and compare old and current stats as well. "
