    Hey,

    You can either share the whole meal for example your breakfast containing various items (if it's a self-created recipe or food item this will also get copied to your diary) OR you can track a specific food item by taping into it's detailed view and add it, this doesn't however working for self-created meals or recipes tracked by your friend/partner. To by-pass that you can track the whole meal as I mentioned first which will give you all food items, meals & recipes tracked. I hope this makes sense!

    I see a lot of people requesting export to Fitbit, and I'd like to inform you that it is something that we are working on, but it requires work from their end as well making it a longer process than expected!     The ability to sync and push your food data from Lifesum to FitBit is requested by 16 users from the Support.

    In the popup where you enter custom calories we should include a checkbox that gives the user free hands to input macro-nutrients also, makes more sense for users on High Protein or LCHF diet. User shouldn't need to enter all 3 fields but for example input 45g protein if they want to.

    Hi,

    You can define your own macros under Settings/Nutrition Settings/Change values

    This is possible in the Standard diet.

    In addition you can set your own calorie goal manually under Settings/Personal details/ Calories/Day

    This is our most requested feature with the 39 votes and a total of 123 users from the Support requesting this feature. Definitely something to look into!

    This is a great idea that we should look further into, shouldn't be that hard to solve. This feature is also requested by 11 other users from the Support
