Categories for recipes
As for now, all recipes are lined up for example in order of how recently the were adderad or by the first letter, I wish to have them by cathegories; Breakfast, snack, lunch/dinner. It world be easier to find what recipes I am looking for.

Food reaction tracking
Allow the user to tag foods as negative impact foods. For example, I have food sensitivities, after I eat something I might have a headache or digestive or neurological issues. A simple thumbs up or thumbs down to track so that if I’m planning a meal and it comes up as a reminder that it’s made me feel poorly in the past.

Weekly calorie tracking
Instead of daily it would be awesome to se your weekly intake so you can correct if you over/under ate one Day.
Example it could say weekly avarage calories per Day for the week and compare to daily goal and last week avarage.37 votes -
Ability to Share
It would be nice if I could share foods, meals or recipes with other people. My husband and I both use this app and right now we each need to add in food, meals and recipes that are not in currently in the system. If we had the ability to share these then only one of us (me) would need to.

Correct Google Fit Excercise Calories by Excluding Basal Metabolic Rate
Google count calories as BMR + burned calories. Meanwhile we just need burned calories to sum it up in allowed intake. Please decrease Google fit data with our BMR while exercising.
This is how adidas runtastic have different calories when exported to Google fit because Google Fit add BMR to it.

Customizable Meal Plans And Macros
Just got premium a couple months ago. I anticipated I would be able to make my own meal plan, with my own macronutrient needs and such. However I’m stuck with the plan the app came with, which as someone who is around 10% body fat I can’t be eating 100 grams of fat a day like the plan suggests. Basically I want less help with my diet and rather just simply have it to track my calories and macros of my own choosing.

More information/flexibility on serving size
Offer more cup sizes instead of serving. It's annoying to guess, or look up, what a serving size is for a given food. Example...roasted potatoes. I googled what a serving size is and then entered. Starting to regret purchase. Also, I would love flexibility to enter own recipes and enter calories per serving. I am finding I am having to enter every single ingredient.

Improved UX Flow for Adding Food
The food entry flow for this app is pretty difficult. The Search box is tiny compared to anything else on the screen, and everything fights on this screen for hierarchy. My primary use is Searching. Honestly, just make everything searchable. If it's in my recent history, show it in the search results or in typeahead. This tabbed approach also contributes to this jumbled hierarchy.
Second, when I do search query and see "Egg" as a typeahead result, for example, I see a plus sign, I tap on it, and the entire entry vanishes and goes back to the add screen.…

Add activity type from Amazfit/Zepp App
It’s not possible to get the activity type via Apple Health from the Zepp App. That influences the Lifescore in a negative way, because it’s only ever one activity and there’s no difference between HIT workouts or a walk.

LPRD
LPRD is a medical diet required for those suffering from silent reflux. Medical diets are even more important than the fad diets of the day. Please consider LPRD, FODMAP and similar diets to make the premium subscription worth it to a larger group of people.

Easier to understand measurements
When I look at the ingredients for my meal I'll see ill have to get 5.3 oz or 150 grams of chicken or potatoes or carrots. Is there a way to simplify it to say "one medium sized potato" or 3carrots? Maybe even add Lbs. To the measurements to make it more understandable for people in the USA to understand

Exclude food i dislike
There are so many vegetables I don't eat, like avocado and celery, broccoli, onions, tomatoes and cauliflower. It would be helpful for me to be able to pick the types of food I do like and don't like and my meal plans can be customized to my liking.

Make automatic tracking possible for non-premium users
I don’t see how it is a premium function that one app can interact with another, especially not since it has nothing to do with your service (which is to track kcal etc, not app interaction). I just want to be able to export my kcal to fitbit (as fitbit has a lot of other data which lifesum can never have as lifesum doesn’t have a workout watch that can track bpm/sleep/temperature etc) and I do not want to pay for the Lifesum premium functions unless I know that the integration works properly (which I know it currently doesn’t given…
