Graph with saved calories and predicted weight-loss
It would be cool to add an overview graph for the ongoing week which shows how many calories you already saved and how much weight you are probably going to lose based on that.

Tracking sugars by spoonful
Would be great if intake of sugar could be tracked with the food. especially fructose. Could be like water intake and with kcal. Or at least an option of lo/no sugar diet.

Create daily meals at the beginning of the day and mark eaten food.
Sometimes it is more convenient to create the daily meals beforehand to see the final breakdown of calories and components and may be make corrections additions. And later with the pace of the day the items can be just marked off to confirm that I ate it.

Support body fat reading
Support body fat reading from Health app. I don't understand why you only support Weight reading from health app. My scale can give a lot more info like Body fat figure, and can add directly to health app. So please update to read body fat directly from health app

Search food by protein, fat, carbohydrates
When I want to add food for my lunch, dinner etc it would be very helpful if it was possible to search or sort food/nutritients which contains f.ex over 12 grams of protein pr 100 g. This would make it much easier to see which kind of nutritients I should buy for my meals to keep the protein levels high.
Or to be able to search food/nutrients by levels of protein, fat, carbohydrates (red, green, grey)

Force-refresh of data shared with Apple Health
I just posted a bug report about Lifesum sometimes not reading workouts from Apple Health. Along the same lines, it would be useful to have a Settings option to do a two-way "forced sync" with Apple Health, in order to ensure that both Lifesum and Apple Health have up to date data.

It is great to see that the interaction of weight values with Apple Health now finally works. I know that it is easy for someone who did not previously provide any feedback to say "it should have worked before"; however, it is great to see it fully implemented and working properly.
My scales, which I have had for some years, track not only weight (mass) but also bone mass, muscle mass, body fat percentage and water content, and I have been trying to find an app that allows me to track these parameters on my iPhone and integrate with Apple…

Add option for progress pictures
Would be great with the possibility to add a "Before/After" picture under "measurements" to follow my results with the diet I've chosen.

Add more info about workouts
I would like the workout alternatives to be a little more specific. For example intensity level. Sometimes I have found it hard to find workouts that I know for sure are about the same as my own workouts. Maybe add more alternatives and more information about them to make it easier to find a workout that matches.
