  1. Suggestions lunch

    I think it would be better if i get yesterdays dinner for suggestions when i shall type in my lunch.Many with me eat my leftover dinner for lunch the following day. Like it's now the apps suggestions is the same for lunch like the day before. How many eats the same lunch day after day?

  2. Saturated fat goals

    It would be nice to set goals for saturated fat, sugar and sodium like we do for carbs, protein and general fat.

  3. More meal times

    It would be nice to be able to have more meal times than just breakfast, lunch, dinner, and one snack. Samsung Health (which Lifesum tracks to) has options for three snacks...

  4. Whole Body Detox Pre-planned Plan

    May I give suggestion of adding a pre-planned (Whole Body Detox Plan) even for few days cause sometimes I feel I need to reset my body before starting any other plan. What do you think? Many Thanks

  5. Samenwerken met Nederlandse hello fresh door gemakkelijk de ingrediënten op te halen van een recept

    Hello fresh heeft gezonde en gebalanceerde recepten en het is best een karwei om dit steeds in te voeren. Kunnen jullie niet een koppeling maken met hello fresh recepten zodat wij deze makkelijk kunnen invoeren? Of op een andere manier vergemakkelijken om de calorieën en voedingswaarde in te voeren?

  6. Lag egen oppskrift

    An option to create your own recepieces with the function to show nutrition for each ingredient and sum of nutrions for one or more portion.

    Norsk: Det burde bære mulig å legge inn egne oppskrifter som viser næringsinnhold når man legger inn hver ingrediens. For å kunne legge inn porsjoner i dagbok.

    Det burde også være enklere å sende inn slike tips. Feks direkte i appen..

  9. Add the option to create more than two meals

    See for example in "yazio"... you can create and save endless meals without buying the Premium version.
    It is much easier to track calories when you can save your often used meals.

  10. food sensitivity/stool

    Track which days you poop/have upset stomach/constipation/diarrhea and have the app show things that you ate across those days to find out what could be the causes/how to improve diet

  13. Allow for more fruit and vegetable consumption than our goal

    Allow people to track more fruits and vegetables than what they're aiming for. For instance, I'd like to be able to track 5 fruits in a day, even though my goal is 3. This is already possible with water (where new glasses of water appear when the goal is reached).
    As it currently is, we can't track our actual consumption of fruits and vegetables because we have to stop counting as soon as we reach our goal.

  14. SETTINGS-DEFAULT UNIT WHEN REGISTERING FOODS

    I always register my food/meals in grams. Please make it possible, in settings, to choose which default unit that is pre selected when the registerdialog for a food/meal pops up. (Its weary have to change the unit to gram every single time. Its always 'serving' that is pre selected. Power to the user :) )

  15. Reflux/GERD/LPR symptoms tracker

    Add feature for tracking symptoms related to acid reflux for each meal. And get statistics over what foods trigger your symptoms. This could be expanded to include other food-related illnesses as well.

  17. Unverträglichkeiten

    Bitte Allergien erweitern. Da ich eine von wenigen bin die eine Roggen Unverträglichkeit haben, kann ich viele Produkte die eigentlich Gesundheitsfördernd sind nicht essen. Genauso bekomme ich einen Ausschlag wenn in Mahlzeiten Schokolade enthalten ist.

  18. Allow for decimals in servings

    My girlfriend on her apple device is able to track say 0.5 servings while I can't on an android and it is very frustrating. I really wish for that option as it seems like an oversight really.

    Vorrei l'opzione sul tempo, con grafico interattivo per gestire i digiuni e i pasti per orario personalizzato, gestendo le attività fisiche, un programmazione personale sul tempo e sulla dieta e il corpo, per cui anche gestire il ciclo mestruale e monitorare il corpo e le differenze energetiche e gli orari per organizzarsi, avendo notifiche per dieta e sport e bere e ciclo. Inoltre vorrei maggiori informazioni per comportamenti alimentari, metodi e idee di pensiero positivo e di azione per realizzare la dieta al meglio.
