Bring back the milestones!!!
Those milestones used to really keep me losing weight consistently. It excited me every time I reached a new milestone. Plus it kept me using your app more and eventually it convinced me to buy the premium version because it made me feel so committed to your app. It was the best. It helped both me and you. Why not bring it back?

Weight loss projection
A feature like Myfitnesspals where it projects how much weight you will lose based on your current caloric intake.

We understand the usefulness of this! The concern nutritionists here at Lifesum have with this is the fact that it could encourage users to eat too little making it unhealthy on the opposite spectrum.
We are looking at alternative ways to do this, let us know if you have any suggestions!
Kind Regards,

A "I'm Sick" Option
I personally think there should be a a "sick" option you could click on if you aren't feeling well. I currently have an upset stomach and it keeps telling me I'm not taking in enough calories. Which I'm not. So when it goes into sick mode, instead of the normal calorie counter and tracker, it would tell you what kind of foods you should be eating and what type of liquids to take in to possibly help your stomach become calmer and get you back on track.

Fluid tracker - including alcohol
I would find it incredibly useful to have a 'fluids' tracker where you can add non water drinks - tea, coffee, alcohol. Ideally there would be a way to categorise these further so that you could easily see (and reduce) caffeine and alcohol intake.
Thank you!

Add fasting meal time setting
People of different faiths fast at different times of the year as well some people exercise a fast diet. However the fast meal times do not conform to the 3 meal and snack regimen because in a fast we may be skipping one meal altogether and eating a lot more at a different meal time (after breaking the fast).
There should be a setting to switch to fasting mode and be able to track meals accordingly.

Artificial Intelligence for recognizing food
Hello there,
The only reason I'm not using the app actively is because I'm lazy to log my food manually every time
Can you include artificial intelligence by recognizing foods pictures and automatically count calories like in this app : Calorie Mama AI : Food Photo Recognition & Counter by Azumio Inc.

Share / print recipes
Would be great if you could add the possibility to share the recipes or save them to pdf or google drive / Dropbox, so we can print them from a computer.

20 Day Alcohol Challenge
Many people have problems losing weight because that yum beer on the weekend or that delicious Sweet Red Wine. I’m one of them.
And many times alcohol had lead me to over eat what I don’t need, and that added to my weight.
Lifesum have the 14 day Red meat Challenge, how about a 20 day Alcohol Challenge.. That would absolutely make the difference and maybe even help others.96 votes -
Smaller Widget Size
The border around the widget is very big and IMHO unnecessary. And also the buttons are pretty big.
Maybe you could add more sizes or at least add the option to resize the widget and it make it smaller in general.95 votes -
Move foods between meals
It would be nice to be able to move a food from one meal to another after adding it to your diary. For example sometimes I add a food to my lunch but I end up eating it earlier as a snack. In order to move the food from the lunch meal to the snack I need to delete it then add it again.

Add more info about workouts
I would like the workout alternatives to be a little more specific. For example intensity level. Sometimes I have found it hard to find workouts that I know for sure are about the same as my own workouts. Maybe add more alternatives and more information about them to make it easier to find a workout that matches.

I would like an option to add everything to a grocery list
I love having all these recipes but if we could export the ingredients to a list that we could check off at the store, that would be awesome! Also a section where we could make our own meal plans for the week so we can prepare in the app instead of on paper.

Add more options for exercise: heart rate frequency, running speed
Since theres always rooms for improvement, Id like to suggest if its possible to add more options in the Section "Add Exercise". I can see for example that you can choose the minutes of exercises but you cant choose for example the speed of running...treadmill...etc, or better, you can choose them but only for fixed values.
Also for example, since i do a lot of spinning, you can easily choose, then again, the minutes but you only have the option "low impact" and "high impact"
I know for sure that most of the people practicing spinning have the hearth rate…

Planned vs actual food entries
I often plan a day ahead by entering all my meals into Lifesum; this helps me stay on track and reduces the chance of me going over what I've planned to eat. The only problem is that once I've done this the water tips display a message according to what it thinks I've already eaten, even though I haven't yet. Could there be a way to make a distinction between PLANNED vs ACTUAL foods, so that the water tips matched up to what I was eating/exercising during the day. It's demotivating for it not to match up and could easily…
