Add 4:3 fasting
I would love to have the option of not only doing 6:1 or 5:2 fasting, but 4:3 fasting as I do at the moment. And it would be nice if users could decide whether they want to have a 500 calories limit on their fasting day, or 0 calories like in alternating fasting. Let us choose!

backdate weight tracking
I would like to be able to go back and enter my weight for a different day. This would be helpful because some days i didnt enter it into the app but want to track progress and also started my weight loss before I started using the app and would like to go back and enter some past days to track progress from beginning.

Move/copy food across days
Suggestions
- Move food items to another day (add a little context menu per item or offer it as a hidden pro feature via long press on the item or add the date to the item's detail page, too and give it a drop down to pick different date)
- Copy items to another day (not just "same snack as yesterday's snack", as I'm likely to e.g. have yesterday's dinner for lunch today, or same breakfast on Monday and Wednesday)77 votes -
Weight day
I get every Saturday in the Lifesum app the question what is your weight. Is it possible to change the day a othercday. I like to do it on Sunday.

Weekly meal plan export to grocery list
Select meals for the week and export them to a grocery list for easy meal planning and purchasing. Perhaps even integrate with local store delivery options.

Graph with saved calories and predicted weight-loss
It would be cool to add an overview graph for the ongoing week which shows how many calories you already saved and how much weight you are probably going to lose based on that.

I thought that the Lifesum app would sync my info from Fitbit and it does not sync everything . I would not have purchased it if I knew that
All of your Fitbit info does not sync . It was a waste of money for me to purchase premium because that was my main reason . I wish that you could fix that problem .

Add a section for each food to better educate understand why is good or bad. Similar to Fooducate.
If a food we think it’s healthy, but in reality it could be packed with sugars or sodium. It would be nice to have a section for each food showing the pros and cons. Like overly processed, whole food, or too much saturated fat, etc.

Supplements checklist
Instead of adding daily supplements as a part of the meals, it would be great to have a supplements checklist (as a separate category) to mark during the day which I’ve already taken.
Currently I reserved “snack” meal for supplements only to keep track on them, but it doesn’t feel right and not convenient to use74 votes -
Future Meal Planner
There have been some posts about a meal planner, but I'd like to add that it would be great to plan out meals for future weeks. It would be good to pick meals, from app and personal ones, add them to my days to know if they fit within my macros/calories.

TOTAL weight lost
PLEASE show total weight lost, not daily weight loss when weight is updated!
Weight fluctuates every day. Seeing how much you've lost in total rather than "you've lost 0.0 lbs" is FAR more motivating and gratifying. Daily weight loss is worthless

Edit or delete created foods
Sometimes I make mistakes when I create my own food. And there’s no way to edit or delete it, so I have to create another and I end up with 2 identical food with just a minor mistake as a difference

Mental/Emotional Health tracker
I love the review at the end of the week, what type of exercise or fruits and vegetables would be helpful but as we know mental health is important could a tracker for that and a view on that be included. Like when did you stop to journal or take pictures, etc.

When creating food, the data entry screen (calories, carbohydrates, proteins, etc.) referring to the food should be based on the portion
When creating food, the data entry screen (calories, carbohydrates, proteins, etc.) referring to the food should be based on the portion indicated on the previous screen and not per 100g, since we read the nutrition chart of the portion and not in 100g, at least here in Brazil

Connect to Garmin Connect
Since Garmin Connect doesn't seem to support Health Connect it would he beautiful to see Lifesum integrate with GC directly.

For the premium membership, you could offer an option to pay monthly like Netflix, I can easily afford 4 dollars a month over 45 at once.

Recipe.
When you have a recipe and the recipe says e.g. 4 portions. How do you know how much to eat?
Suggestions: the recipes should only contain recipes for 1 person.
Or if it possible to change the settings so you can choose if you want to make food for 1 or several people?

Edit recommended calories per meal, add meal times etc
My feedback ; nice app so far, but I DE have a couple ideas for improvement.
-make it possible to edit recommended meal calories. For example my recommended breakfast is around 450-600 calories while I prefer a small breakfast and more small meals during the day.
-add times you want to eat a meal
-more vegan recipesI like the life score feature and the reminders for meals etc.
