Weight Tracker
I did not see this addressed if it has been I apologize. I personally miss the weight goals/milestones. Seeing the bar with my starting weight and my goal with the # of pounds currently lost is fine but to me intimidating. I absolutely loved putting in my weight and seeing just my milestone goal. It helped me greatly as I had small goals to achieve to reach the big one. Add alternatives for sodium / salt input
Judging by a lot of the data in the app, many people don't understand the difference between sodium and salt (either they thing 1g Salt = 1g Sodium, or they don't understand the difference between mg and g). Moreover in europe it's common to list Salt content (in g) in food labels rather than Sodium content.
Lifesum could help by having a Salt (g) and Sodium (mg) field and depedning on which is entered last, updating the other field automatically (factor of 1g salt = 400mg sodium)

Add custom food entry section like MyFitness Pal
Adding a custom recipe section or food entry system where I can add a recipe I made out of a Keto cookbook, and I can adjust the serving size (1 cup for example out of the whole recipient). OR allow us to enter custome fat/protein/carb amounts when adding custom calories. On the Keto plans this is extremely important.

"Add Liquids" - separate from meals/snacks
In addition to hydrating with my water bottle throughout the day, I drink coffee, tea, sparkling water, etc. I would love to see an "Add Liquids" section that is stand-alone from meals/snacks, because they are usually consumed between meals/snacks. Thanks!

Nursing moms
I'm nursing my baby for at least 6 months to a year and would love to have this app mom friendly too. The calories are great for a non nursing mom but your body needs more when trying to produce milk and maintain itself as well. I would love it is was compatible with all of the plans as well including the Keto plan!

An area to add drinks world be nice, so one could add any drink without a connection to the meal as breakfast, lunch lunch, dinner

Water details
It would be really cool if you could see your water history. I have a problem of finishing a bottle of water and then 10 minutes later picking up my phone and not remembering if i tracked it already. Obviously the easiest solution to this is to just make a habit of tracking it as soon as I finish. Seeing water history would allow users to see when they tracked.

"Check" the day
Hi,
My idea is to create a "check" or "end" button for each day. Like you are finished for the day og press check to have a summery of how the day went, the balance between food and exercise. I think this also would help against the crawings that sneeks up as the evening comes, how bad would it feel to "open" up the day again just for a little snack. It would also give a closer update when its given day by day.32 votes -

Do not re enter exercise calories burned back into daily goals.
After I have hit my nutritional goals for the day, I add in my calories burned from exercise and all my nutritional goals are recalculated, wanting me to eat more than my original intake goal...It's a known fact that you shouldn't eat back calories burned but it seems that that is what Lifesum is wanting me to do. It's extremely confusing to see my goals change after I enter in my exercise. Calories burned should count towards my total deficit for the day, not added back to my intake goals. Goal for body fat percentage
I would like to choose a goal for body fat percentage in combination with body weight.

Improve the 5:2 diet plan. Make goals adjustable. Also allow you to choose fasting days differently each week.
No reason goals should be locked. Was very disappointed after paying for a subscription. Also, I never know exactly which days will be fasting days until right before hand due to my work schedule. Fasting days should be selectable day by day as needed.

I think monthly subscription for those of who was to stay heathy, but not a lump sum price can have a option to subscribe to the premium feature monthly

More snack reminders
Many dietary plans recommends more than one snack per day. Being able to set at least two more snack reminders in Lifesum would be great.

Add the possibility to create recipe books for selfmade recipes, e.g. sweet things, christmas recipes etc.
Being able to enter recipes into different recipe books would provide a much better overview.

Better analysis tools
It would be great with better analysis tools to compare nutrients over time. For example, average daily carbohydrate intake over week, month etc. Or average saturated and unsaturated fat.
The app is great, but without more analysis tools it kind of loses its purpose over time and I wonder why you log all this data if I cannot analyze it properly.

Cheat Day
I hate seeing the little red bars when I go to the "Me" section. I have cheat days/Refeeding days every so often, it would be awesome to be able to set a day as a "Refeeding Day" or something of the like. Maybe even set caloric intakes different for different days.
